Just because he knows he will never have to be responsible for a bad ruling against the United states because I would imagine he would not allow the country to be judged until January 2017. What a scumbag. The ONLY small hope is that he decided not to join The Hague when he definitely could have in 2009.

Note to next Republican POTUS: It is past time to suggest to Beijing and Moscow that they should build their own UN headquarters facilities, so that the UN can “rotate” between the three places every, say, 25 years. Or 50 years, whatever.
Then, before the US comes back into the rotation, propose that other places build their own UN headquarters, like in the slums of Rio; Harare, Zimbabwe; and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
