When you’re in a country run by muslims, such things can happen....when you’re a bunch of muslims in an otherwise free country, maybe not so much. People in muslim run countries have no freedoms to lose, people in free countries are more than a little reluctant to have their freedoms infringed upon.

And Germans are quite capable warriors when they put their minds to it. Look what they did to the Roman Empire. I think their current mindset is not all that dissimilar to what it was during the Weimar Republic, though for entirely different reasons. But if they get some charismatic leader to get their blood boiling...watch out. Germans have historically been almost lemming-like as followers of a strong leader, for good or ill. And they can be ruthless. The Germans' strength is they are inherently disciplined and organized. So, once they buy into the program, they are very, very formidable. Kipling knew of what he spoke when he wrote: "When Time shall count from the date that the Saxon began to hate."
