NBC News ^ | October 29, 2015 | Perry Bacon, Jr.

Posted on 10/29/2015 10:19:38 AM PDT by Carl Vehse

"The Republicans perceived some of the questions asked by the CNBC moderators as attempts to embarrass them or create controversy. And so much of two-hour debate turned into a media-bashing session....

"Republicans often criticize the press for being too liberal and aligned against conservatives. But it's not clear what any of the candidates gained by these attacks, since nearly all 10 of them at one point took a jab at CNBC."

Bacon was spindoctoring so fast he didn't even mention the CNBC moderators' names.

We learned that the Right CONTINUES to let the Left run the Right’s show.

What you need here, is a “splash” title that says:

“Welcome to tonight’s REPUBLICAN Party Primary Debate”.

Oh it’s clear all right, it’s clear that most people with common sense AGREE!

No spin on the mods names it was because they didn't want to be identified!

We need to stop playing the game their way. That debate was full of snarky, gotcha questions meant to embarrass them on stage and prop up Hillary.

Also not mentioned in the NBCNews article was the repeated booing by the audience in response to loaded questions asked by the CNBC moderator skanks.

The media is the enemy. They are an anti-American fourth branch of government.

” perceived “ ?!?!?!?!

Calling Trump a “Cartoon villain” was far beneath the dignity of anyone pretending to be a host.

It was a great triumph to hear the audience cheer when the vicious dullards unfairly attacked the candidates.
The extreme Socialist/Communist media reminds me of clips of Soviet announcements to the peasants about how great the USSR was during the Cold War. You could see the unbelieving faces and occasionally hear groans. The knew that their media was almost as untruthful as the one that we have now.

I understand the Leftist’s shock, however. Wm F. Buckley predicted it decades ago. It was true then and even more true now:
“Liberals claim to want to give a hearing to other views, but then are shocked and offended to discover that there are other views.”

A new vile horror was announced on the radio today. The government want “net neutrality” on magazine and news websites because citizens are free to express their views and too many of them don't fit the Leftist narrative. “This free speech must be stamped out” is what they are saying in essence.

If our honest Conservative comments must be balanced by stark raving lunatic Socialist comments, then I say that we must demand that half the news stations switch staffs and must, in the interest of neutrality, become staffed Conservative reporters.

“Where are we going and what am I doing in this handbasket?”

BOO HOO!

Extreme Leftist dullards in the media that report lies from glass houses shouldn’t throw stones!

One good comment, I think it was from Ben Carson, was:

“When the Democrats are having a debate, the panel asks them ‘Who is the most handsome and wisest.’”

That was Cruz who said that, when he was ripping the moderators a new one. Two minutes of pure awesomeness!

I might vote for the first candidate to call the media a “fluffers”.

It was great when the audience cheered the counter attacks to the witless panel

I thought it was going to be a miserable debate at the beginning. But once Cruz pounced, the whole dynamic changed; and I actually enjoyed the evening. Watching media hacks get their comeuppance is very entertaining.

The comment about the Demonicrat debate was from Ted Cruz responding to Carl Quintanilla:
And Carl -- Carl, I'm not finished yet. The contrast with the Democratic debate, where every fawning question from the media was, "Which of you is more handsome and wise?"
