The dumbest sports analyst in the business today (and that's saying a lot) compared the supporters of the Tea Party to members of the Islamic State. ESPN's Tony Kornheiser, a frequent golf partner of President Obama, was interviewing Huffington Post editor Howard Fineman when the liberal editor ventured that Rep. Paul Ryan would have difficulty working with Tea Party members in the House. He said that the tea party faction of the GOP rebels dictatorial leaders. Are they like ISIS trying to establish a Caliphate here? Kornheiser asked. Yes, yes. Thats a very good analogy, Fineman responded. Without the violence obviously, but yes, they are a rejectionist front. Few appeared concerned with Finemans outlandish comments. The well-known liberal journalist took over as global editorial director for the liberal Huffington Post in 2010. But the backlash against Kornheiser rippled through social media on Tuesday. If Kornheiser was punished on Tuesday, it would have occurred between his midday radio show on his nightly TV show, Pardon the Interruption. Kornheiser hosted the radio show but was absent from Pardon the Interruption, even though he discussed guests for the TV show with his radio producer. Kornheisers Pardon the Interruption co-host, Michael Wilbon, also an Obama golf partner, said that Kornheiser was off for the night. Asked if Kornheisers absence from Pardon the Interruption was related to his comments about the tea party, an ESPN spokesman said no, but did not elaborate. Whenever liberals want everyone to think they're profoundly clever, they try to portray their political opponents as terrorists. . Not wrong. Evil. An opinionated blowhard who knows little of competitive sports and less about politics should be sidelined indefintely for accusing law-abiding American citizens of being terrorists.

What do these sports dumba$$es know about anything other than sniffing jock straps?
Why is a Sports Network doing Political Commentary Hack work?.........................
The Ocho baby!
Tony Kornheiser is a buffoon, and he has been a buffoon for a very long time.
If it’s Richard Sherman it’s going to be awesome. His after game comments are terrific and he called out the BLM people about black on black crime.
These are silly people - why does anyone care about their opinion on anything, even sports????.....
ESPN has been leftist since they went on the air.
Go streaming. Stop financing ESPN left wing thugs.
Should be Tony Cornholer...
The same people who insist that muslims shouldn’t be criticized because of the actions of—well, quite a few muslim lunatics, are the same ones who insist that all their fellow American gun owners should be punished for the actions of a handful of lunatics using guns.
Liberalism is a mental disorder.
Heh heh. Heh heh heh heh heh.
If will be fun to watch these network executives Shiite in their pants as they realize that their cozy little jobs have just evaporated.
ESPN and Howard Fineman are both commie traitors. No wonder ESPN is dying.
Isn’t he a little ‘light’ to be playing golf with Oblahblah?
ESPN is loosing money and has laid off people. And this schlep just insult a good demographic of people who watch (or used to watch) ESPN and cable.
Stupid thing to say. Why is ESPN even talking politics? If they did nothing but sports their demand would be high. But jsut like the magazine, “The Rolling Stone”, ESPN things they can be ‘serious journalists.’ Instead, liberal trash can’t contain themselves in thier propaganda and insult their veiwers.
Tony Cornholer
Well that’s refreshing.
