Donald Trump is already convinced the CNBC GOP primary debate on Wednesday night will be stacked against him. Despite his long history with CNBC, having been featured in regular segments and flattering specials such as "CNBC Titans" and "Billionaire Inside," Trump told POLITICO and said in two tweets that he thinks the debate would not be fair. "No, I don't expect the debate to be fair," Trump told POLITICO on Monday. "After a great evening and packed auditorium in Iowa, I am now in Colorado looking forward to what I am sure will be a very unfair debate!" Trump tweeted on Wednesday morning, followed by ".@CNBC continues to report fictious poll numbers. Number one, based on every statistic, is Trump (by a wide margin). They just can't say it!" For their part, moderators Carl Quintanilla, Becky Quick and John Harwood have all pledged to be fair and give equal time to all the candidates.

RE:”Go away.”
You pinged me
Unfortunately, people like you accuse Freepers of being Trump haters if we prefer another candidate. Marcella

It’s an intimidation tactic. You call someone a hater when you’ve run out of good arguments. Randita
EXACTLY! Calling someone a hater is straight out of the RACIST CARD HANDBOOK! When someone pulls the racist card it usually contains the word “hater.”
If he is strong in the debate with actual plans for the economy as this debate centers on the economy, then maybe his numbers will start going up again.
......................................................
Seems to me they already have. Weren’t there a couple of polls out yesterday showing Trump in the lead over Carsson?
“They are going to be unfair to Trump. They are all out to get him. Lets add CNBC to the FNC list as those stations that we never watch again because they are mean to him. Megyn Kelly was mean to him too, what a bimbo. They all support Jeb. Its them against us. Lets oppose anyone who goes on FNC. Lets be mad as hell. Lets boycott all debates...”
Racist, hater, Nazi, Communist - all are epithets that are hurled when one has lost an argument.
I agree 1000 %.
Its an intimidation tactic. You call someone a hater when youve run out of good arguments.
Exactly-just like the racism accusation.
Overused and meaningless.

We totally agree! Sorry I didn’t see your post before I posted almost the same words.
Unfortunately, people like you accuse Freepers of being Trump haters if we prefer another candidate.
But the people I am referring to — AND THEY KNOW WHO THEY ARE — don’t even back another candidate but spend all their time posting anti-Trump crapola, sometimes in the guise of “open debate”. (SHE KNOWS WHO SHE IS)
The first debate was full of GOPee’ers...they were even wearing their free t-shirts.
Same with the second one....at Reagan Ranch. Limited seating....for RINO’s :(
Hopefully, tonight’s audience will be more representative of We the People.
Go dishonest dishonorable media Go! /sarc
You’re missing the point. The auditorium holds 11,000. but the audience will be 1000, all selected by the Republican Committee which means Republican ESTABLISHMENT.
“Werent there a couple of polls out yesterday showing Trump in the lead over Carsson?”
No, that’s the rub - An Iowa poll shows Carson over Trump, and a NATIONAL New York Times/CBS poll yesterday shows Carson over Trump. At this time, Trump is discounting those polls as being wrong. No way of knowing how polls will respond after the debate. If they keep showing Carson ahead, Trump is going to have to deal with them being right.
He should call out the mainstream media in his opening statement as totally supporting Democrats.
Been absent mindedly reading the comments until I saw this, and almost jumped out of my chair in agreement, what a simple perfect idea.
And I looked to see who said this, and of course it’s you! <3
A very close friend of mine would strongly disagree with you. He was one of Patton’s boys, is now 94 and sharp as a tack.According to him Patton would walk on water and all the guys would follow!
Kasich is not very bright. But here's what Ford had to say --
Ford has not spoken with Mr. Trump, nor have we made any changes to our plans. We decided to move the F-650 and F-750 medium-duty trucks to Ohio Assembly in 2011, long before any candidates announced their intention to run for U.S. president.
Which, I'm sure, is all part of some massive anti-Trump conspiracy.....
I don’t think it is a question of WHEN the debates were lined up. I think it is rather a question of WHY an 1,000 seating capacity will be wasted because only 1000 people will be admitted to the debates, WHY waste 10,000 seats?
WOW, that comment I made sure got lots of response!!!
I hope Trump can pull it off, whatever he is doing. My worry is that too many will see it as whining or some such.
Good luck tonight, Trump!

Kind of hard to believe Trump would say this over and over for months and never be called on it by other candidate, not even Kasich. All they are that misinformed about what’s going on in the economy. And why did Ford keep their mouth shut about it if they knew Trump was not telling the truth about a plant? Something don’t add up here.
Past performances of so called debates have shown he has reason. What in the world would you call the farce that went on in the Romney / Obama Debate and the Fox Debate for example? Fair and balanced?????
