For not giving up her phone... That is not a police officers job...what law was he enforcing? Don’t get me wrong... She was being an ass... But I see this as nothing more than shifting liability to the police...once she assaulted him...all bets are off. But I don’t see why he was called to enforce a school policy... As a side example...frequently I transport mental patients to the emergency room for evaluation. The hospital policy says they won’t see him u till he has changed into a gown. If they refuse they seem to look to us to force him... And it’s bullpoop. I shouldn’t have to wrestle someone to get compliance with hospital policy.
