If atheism is a religion, then not watching football is a sport.

If atheism is a religion, then not watching football is a sport.Thankfully, there are many sports that are not football - So in that, I will agree.
Likewise, one's religion determines what one worships... Normally science, the state, or self, for those who do not recognize deity. As Dylan said, 'You've got to serve sombody'....

If ‘not watching football’ rallied crowds to a cause, had rules of engagement, and was organized to attack football games, then yes, it is a sport.

“If atheism is a religion, then not watching football is a sport.”
Not watching football usually doesn’t involve picketing the stadiums and ridiculing other peoples children if they watch.
