The read of the day today is a long article by Ken Silverstein at Byline.com explaining the hole the Clinton Foundation is in over amending its IRS filings. You see, the slush fund has a lot of 'splainin to do, and:
Last April, Clinton Foundation acting CEO Maura Pally acknowledged “mistakes” in its tax filings and promised they would be corrected by November 16.
There are potential felonies involved:
[I]t will be difficult if not impossible for the foundation to amend its financial returns without acknowledging accounting fraud and admitting that it generated substantial private gain for directors, insiders and Clinton cronies, all of which is against the law under an IRS rule called inurement.
While inurement may sound obscure to the layman, it’s an ancient legal principle and the IRS is very clear that it is verboten. If you are familiar with it, it becomes immediately clear that Bill Clinton – and arguably Hillary and daughter Chelsea as family members and fellow Clinton Foundation trustees – could have big problems come November 16. So, too, could Clinton cronies like Ira Magaziner (see below) and Doug Band, a Clinton administration and former Foundation insider who subsequently became a founding partner of a bipartisan business swamp called Teneo Holdings.
Financial whistleblower Charles Ortel:
... a former managing director of Dillon, Read & Co, said that under New York law tax authorities don’t have to show criminal intent to get convictions against foundation officials, they need only show that the foundation filed materially misleading financial information and kept fundraising nonetheless. "The essence of what a charity does is take your money and show you how they spend it,” he told me.

I have thought for some time that the fraud, money laundering, and tax evasion vehicle known as the “Clinton Foundation/Global Initiative” was the big problem, and the reason they went to such lengths to set up the “server” to begin with.
The Clintons will roll for “plausible deniability”.
rather than explode...any investigation will fall into a black hole never to be seen again. The only thing that will stop those 2 is when they finally meet their maker.

Whatever the problem, it will be blamed on underlings. At worst, Bill and/or Hillary will pay a fine.

That explains what Hillary was doing when she was supposed to be monitoring crucial aspects of US ntl security...including protecting the lives of her employees in Benghazi.
All the behind-the-scenes data (that she tried to keep hidden from taxpayers) indicates she WAS on top of any and all State Dept insider info on which she and Bill could make a buck.
Some enterprising reporter itching for a Pulitzer needs to match-up Hillary's official State Dept moves w/ the Clintons' vast buck-raking operation. That tell$ the whole $tory in exqui$ite detail.

Bill’s honoraria increased dramatically-—earning some $50 million during Hillary’s four-year term as Secretary of State....including an Irish scholarship fund, a Korean conglomerate, and, a Nigerian newspaper company......each of whom paid Clinton more than half a million dollars for a single speech.
The Wash/Post reports Hillary earned $11.7 million for 51 speeches since Jan 2014.....she pocketed an astonishing $625,000 for two speeches in one day!

I firmly believe the Clinton Foundation’s gigantic donor list, and their astonishing blizzard of speaking honoraria, are a smoke screen for their secret wealth——and the way they make billions sub rosa-—intertwining their vaunted “do-goodism” and public office.
The calculated Clintons have sought to branch out into other business activities. All of that is kept under wraps. Very little is known about the exact nature and financial worth of Bill and Hillary’s non-speech business interests.
Reports keep surfacing indicating the Clintons were party to multi-billion dollar Mideast arms deals....Kazakhstan uranium mines....and Haitian gold mines...Libyan oil deals....telecom businesses, deals w/ financial powerhouses like Teneo, Goldman Sachs.....etc etc etc.
THE CON ARTIST CLINTONS GRABBED EVERYTHNG THAT WASNT NAILED DOWN-—Lucrative business interests were cunningly intertwined w/ the Foundation’s “do-good” activities....enabled by Hillary’s catbird seat at the State Dept.
At last count, the Clintons apparently raised an astounding $2 billion from their foundation activities and their political campaigns.....
.....does not include monies flowing in from the various lucrative business ventures, interest accrued, safe deposit boxes, real estate assets, passive income on which they pay no taxes, income from Chelsea’s hubby’s hedge fund, monies invested in Goldman Sachs, interest in financial powerhouse Teneo..... etc etc etc.......
The Clintons are worth a bundle.....accumulated in record time. Their livelihood was collected as they marched through American politics.
If it happens, and I partially blind myself with a red hot poker, the tears I shed will be tears of joy.
I will give up hunting, which I've been doing since 1950 {or learn to shoot with my only remaining eye} but it will be a pleasure to read about their conviction {with one eye}.
I think both of my eyes are safe from self mutilation, but the Country ain't safe from this bitch and her scum sucking, bottom feeding, corrupt outlaw clan.
They will call it ‘another Republican witch hunt’.
Progressives do not care about lying or criminal activity on the part of other progressives.
Matters not, the IRS is owned by obama, his DOJ and the DNC, this too will go the way of Lois Lerner, no harm no foul.

The Clintons are the classic case of:

Every person who cheated on their taxes has said it was an accident.
They “forgot” to claim that income. They “forgot” to file. They didn’t know when taxes were do? April 15th came early this year.
Only the Good Lord cannot be bribed.
Forget it. Waste of time to talk about it. The corrupt IRS will do everything in its power to protect anything connected to The Queen of America.
This issue will die the same lingering death as the illegal computer server problem, probably around 2019.
