I’m for enforcing the law equally, though Dems will never have to follow the law.
But because the law will never be enforced equally, once we get past this election season they should do a massive re-write of the law, and simplify it. Most of the McCain-Feingold stuff has been a disaster. It has only made it that much more difficult to track political money, brought lawyers into every step of the process, and turned the process into a giant fiction.
