Why isn’t Mitt Romney president? Because he thinks like this.
Over at Breitbart was this headline:
MITT ROMNEY: DEMISE OF LEGACY MEDIA EMPOWERING CONSERVATIVE ‘INSURGENTS,’ PREVENTING MORE ‘COLLABORATIVE ACTION’
The story reads, in part, like this:
Failed GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney lamented that the demise of traditional media is empowering Republican “insurgents” and preventing establishment Republicans from compromising more with Democrats.
As the Republican establishment is trying convince Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) to run for House Speaker, Romney told David Axelrod on a recent “The Axe Files” podcast that the “extremes within our respective parties are having a louder and louder voice and demanding more attention” and “immediate action” as opposed to more “collaborative action.”
Romney said this phenomenon flows in part from the “change in the world of media.”
“There was a time when we all got the news with the same facts, if you will,” he said. “We had three networks we watched for the evening news. Most of us got newspapers. Everybody in the middle class got a newspaper, so we got the same facts whether we agreed or not with them.”

Here’s the problem a lot of you lesser evil types fail to realize.
When you have a leftist Republican, it gives the imprimatur that these policies are the given policies of said party, and they are also given the consent of the party by the ruling apparatchiks.
This in turn, severely damages the reputation of the party, reduces the contrast between them, and most importantly, causes the followers to ignore and/or disavow the party, allowing the other side to gain votes by merely showing up.
Figured that sentence needed a bit of pencil whippin'. The uniparty not get its way is pissing them off!
Because a liberal Republican is far more dangerous than a Democrat.
Romney had an R beside his name so that gives him a pass.
Remember, the guy wouldn’t lift a glove to Obama because they didn’t really disagree.

Mitt Romney is demonstrably to the left of Bill Clinton. I refused to vote for him and my conscience is clear.
I just realized “Mitt” rhymes with “Idjet.”
But remember, Romney’s running mate is about to become Speaker of the House...
“So sick of these smug globalist sell outs. At least they are all admitting what they are.”
And that is what everyone should be praying for - that the deceptions be removed from our eyes so that we may see the truth.

Rush has said that the fix is in on who runs and who wins, in our election. This is hard for me to fathom. Is it really?
Did the senior Bush crumble and let clinton win? Did Romney leave Benghazi out of the debate and let obams win? Did he do all this on purpose because the establishment in Washington told him who was going to win that election? Does the media know who is going to win and our vote is for show? Is it that fixed?
Did GW win because the votes counted? or was he allowed to win? It can’t be that the cartel decides before we even go to the polls.... Will Donald Trump be in the running by election time?
Tell me our vote still counts!
I am as interested in what Mitt Romney opinion is as much as I care what John McCain thinks “0”!!!

The first tip-off is that he goes on the same stage with a man like David Axelrod and doesn’t spit in his face.
Hey, I can understand when you are the candidate and you go on an evil man’s program because you think you can do your cause more good than his. That’s strategy.
Romney isn’t running for anything. He has enough status to go on programs run by people who aren’t evil. The host gets to set the rules. Who wants to have rules set for him by David Axelrod?
It’s like Mary Matalin marryign James Carville. She could have married an accountant or an IT guy who was more or less apolitical. She didn’t have to marry her ENEMY.
These folks treat what’s happening to our country like a game.
It was interesting to note that Axelrod was included in the last Romney planning meeting in Jackson, WY last summer.

In essence he’s somewhat correct. The MSM is still pro lib.
The difference is the alternative news, the majority found on the net.
10 years or so ago, they pretty much had a lock on propaganda with exception to some printed media.
