He’s got the same problem Jorge Pee has. Took the job and doesn’t show up for work.

So if he gets in the Oval Office and thinks it sucks we’re just without a President? Bad mojo and terrible for Republican brand in Florida.

Perhaps he’s not worried about quitting the Senate because the same people (no insult intended to genuine human kind) who convinced him to join the gang of eight, have now promised him all the financial backing he needs as well as voting machines with a predetermined outcome.

Well, well Mr. Rubio is showing us just how irresponsible he is. Who’s to say he gets to the point he hates the Presidency, and decides to short his responsibilities there as well.

We don’t need such whimsy in our leadership.

I hope people catch the drift of what this clown is saying with this statement. He’s saying he’s too immature for the job. Right out of his own mouth.

Yes he was, and Sarah Palin was one his major supporters.

As many have, he repeated the oath but has forgotten just what was entailed and expected of him to keep same oath. Words have meaning to some, but not all. And pundits, elites criticized Sarah when she bowed out of the Governor’s chair? Where is the clucking when the Rube continues to carry Senator label but is no longer a member of the team? A waste of human flesh, a total waste.

What a turd. We in FL have a useless Democrat Senator and now we find that our Republican Senator (Rubio) is taking money to run for President and doesn’t want to rep Florida anymore.

So was Mark Levin.

And I voted for him too.

All I can say in my defense is that he lied to me. You think you are doing the right thing, but all you did was get had like a sucker. Really pisses me off.

But what really gets my goat is when people like Hannity, Levin or Rush still try to push this liar as if he is not a liar.

I suppose if I had to work at the Senate I’d hate it too. You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.

So ... he decided to totally suck at his current job and not even make much of an effort ... because he’s angling for a more senior position? Poor strategy

Yes it is. But this is the mindset that career politicians have. They have never been in the private sector - the real world, where you only move up through merit and performance.

I recently got promoted to a high level position at my job but had I taken the approach towards my previous job as Rubio, not only would I not have the job I sought but I'd be fired.

If he is not attending to the job he was hired for he should quit NOW. It’s horrible to have run for the seat, then to leave his constituents unrepresented because, boo freakin hoo, he does’t like it. Quit already. Let someone who might actually represent Floridians take the seat.

Wasn’t he originally elected on a “Tea Party” platform? How did that happen? How was he able to infiltrate the movement so early and so effectively, and why weren’t activists more skeptical of him back then?

Rubio's a liar.

Are we Rome or what? Senators not representing people, candidates that are going to outdo Obama. Nowhere are the people in this equation.
