Never thought in a million years I would agree with Hillary Clinton—but she’s right. Given the bunch of gutless cowards we have now in Congress who have been whistling past the graveyard for seven years, our Congress wouldn’t impeach Adolph Hitler.

“Committing high crimes and misdemeanors is different from being convicted of such.”

I noticed during the Clinton years that the term “misdemeanor” underwent a change in definition. It is in the Constitution.

misdemeanor: a nonindictable offense, regarded in the US (and formerly in the UK) as less serious than a felony.

According to the Constitution, a president can be impeached without having been indicted. I don’t think that Andrew Johnson was indicted, only accused.

she's subject to impeachment because she has committed high crimes and misdemeanors.

How would that work though? She hasn't be convicted of anything...yet. Is merely being a suspect enough to warrant impeachment?

The media remains our real enemy.

They are the enablers of the leftists. The media knows that by hiding the lies, theft, and corruption of the democrats it will inevitably lead to the collapse of the economy and force us into full Marxism.

Impeachment is a formal process in which an official is accused of unlawful activity, the outcome of which, depending on the country, may include the removal of that official from office as well as criminal or civil punishment.

I think you can impeach a ham sandwich. Convicting is another thing. But that stigma would live with her for the rest of her miserable life.

The MSM would be outraged also but that's gonna happen anyways if the Republicans dare disagree with our Fuhrer.

This all assumes she wins the presidency.

But seriously, can someone be impeached for crimes committed before taking office? Is there precedent for this?

> The media remains our real enemy.

they are the propaganda wing of the federal government . They support anything that seems wrong for the American people...gay marriage, gay culture, abortion, the Iran deal, global warming, amnesty, Muslims, etc... If its bad for America they support it. Until the American people demand better with their wallets and acions the MSM will continue to be the ptogressive's right arm. The only way to make them shift direction is to make their decision to side with the enemy is to make it hurt in their povketbook because money is their god c

All those sneers and pompous protestations will do her no good when she stands before Almighty God one day and hears those words "Depart from Me, ye accursed, into the fire prepared for the Devil and his angels".

Cackle in Hell you bitch.

I know what you’re saying, but America has a long tradition of felons in public office.

Pubs won’t do too much (same with the Benghazi hearing) for fear of retribution, if Hillary does win the presidency.

While they may retain a significant House majority, they are in danger of losing the Senate (thanks, Mitch). They have about 24 seats to defend while the Dems only have 10, and the Pubs need lose only 5 to give control back to the Dems.

There is no way the next Senate could mount the 67 number to remove a sitting president.

==

Right now, with the GOP establishment trying to dump Trump, there is a very strong likelihood they would support Hillary over Trump. [They have sold themselves for a lot less, so they would only be haggling over price.]

If Carson did happen to get the nomination, he would lose to Hillary. Black president? Been there, done that, didn’t work out too well. Don’t want a repeat. The ones who voted for Obama — for the sake of making history — would vote for the first female president — for the sake of making history, again.

Pubs still have a long, hard battle to win the WH and keep the Senate. It is far from a sure thing.

we are still told constantly by leftists that Nixon was a horrible president and worse person because he lied after underlings committed crimes and coverups. Now we have someone running for office who has committed similar - or worse - crimes

And further, that "someone" was also there prosecuting and demonizing Dick Nixon, who now looks like a choirboy in comparison. She was kicked off the team for wanting to deny Nixon counsel. What a filthy hypocrite.

Nobody died in Watergate, and Nixon only participated in the coverup.

I think she lies much easier than her husband. It’s effortless. And not one republican had the balls to tell her that to her face when they had the chance.

Simply put: Laws do not apply to “Progressives”. The means justifies the end.
The Constitution is considered a ‘charter of negative liberties’ rather than a contract with this nations citizens. It stands in the way of a Command Economy /Centralized Government.
Hillary Clinton considers Republicans her enemy. That says it all.
