Um, not really, since even without the SCOTUS decision, the World Court’s decision against Texas was still unenforceable, and it’s generally acknowledged that the SCOTUS would have ruled against Medellin regardless of Ted Cruz’s argumentation.
Do you really think the US Supreme Court would rule that the US Supreme Court is subservient to the World Court on matter pertaining to US law? Get real that win was a no brainer.
