Um, not really, since even without the SCOTUS decision, the World Court’s decision against Texas was still unenforceable, and it’s generally acknowledged that the SCOTUS would have ruled against Medellin regardless of Ted Cruz’s argumentation.

Nonsense, the World Court’s ruling was made enforceable by a directive from George Bush’s Justice Department— which was the primary issue on appeal.

It was “generally acknowledge”— by whom??? Supreme Court fairies that know how the Court will rule?

so here you are— the price you’re willing to pay to thrash a true patriot-— read you’re arguments again- see yourself.
