Oh, well then. In the spirit of your original reply:
You are, of course, willfully blind and dead wrong.
His support jumped 6% TWICE (once two weeks after the first debate, again two weeks after the second) for no reason at all.
The defining characteristic of his debate performances is that his soft-spoken understatement stands out on a stage full of self-touting blowhards. In fact, the only thing he’s said or done that warranted an actual poll bump was his statement about muslims and presidents.
I think he’s the last remaining firewall against Donald Trump and a lot of his support stems from that.
I guess the enthusiasm is confined mostly to Barbara and Columba.
100 days?
do you have a ccw?
Carson is a living visual of how fed up, disgusted, sick and tired, angry and revolted the GOP base is with DC/the Permanent Political Class. Some—apparently many—voters loath and despise professional politicians, but have one or more objections to Trump. For them, Carson is the ideal candidate: a total outsider but not so outre as Trump.
All in all it’s a very good sign. The more anti-Establishment the mood of the electorate, the greater the chances the DC cartel will take a drubbing in ‘16.
LOL
WOW..thanks for the Ping.
Bush-41-——gave us——>BJ Clinton
Bush-43-——gave us——>Obama
Bush-Jeb——what will he give us-—???
A side of guacamole?
That is a very scary word problem. Let’s hope we never have to answer it.
Carson speaks softly, but he is not easily cow-tow-ed by the hostile press. Observe how he stood firm on the Muslim president issue. And he exudes common sense.
All that said, he is not 1/4 the leader that Trump is.
Carson will not be able to build the wall.
He does not know how to build a partition wall inside his house.
Carson voters are basically Trump voters who are turned off by Trump’s take no prisoners style. If Carson drops out after super-Tuesday, I posit majority of his voters will move to Trump & not Rubio/Bush/??
Shooting for 41.7% and control of the market.
No...At 72, my kids won’t even let me own a sharp knife.
[his last name is toxic to a lot of voters]
Handpicked to lose is the only logical conclusion. To try and hand it to Hillary which may wind up being - Joe Biden.
There it is! My favorite example of Jeb’s campaign!
Joe Biden, I’m afraid.
But I still think DT can trounce him and DT, while far from perfect, I admit - is light-years more desirable than Hillary or Joe.
Trump is peaking again.
