READINGTON, N.J., Oct. 16 (UPI) -- A New Jersey man is facing charges for allegedly wiping "between his butt cheeks" with a police summons before throwing it at an officer.
The indictment charging Joseph Greenwood, 45, with a fourth-degree charge of throwing bodily fluids alleges he was issued the summons by Lt. John Insabella of the Readington Police Department on a municipal court charge of threatening to assault another person.
The indictment accuses Greenwood of acting "by taking the summons complaint issued to him upon his release from police custody, placing it between his butt cheeks, wiping the paper in an upward and downward motion and throwing it in the direction of the officer."

Maybe he was simply cleaning the summons off and returning the document to its source.
Classy.
Rather expensive toilet paper.
TMI.
“...a fourth-degree charge of throwing bodily fluids...”
So he took his drawers off and then wiped? Or they’re just stretching to charge him with something?
They should have used “male” in the title, not “man”, which would imply a level of maturity not in evidence.
Glad he didn’t get a paper cut.
Unless the man was naked, the charge is garbage.
The guy was obviously “repurposing” the Summons.
Sounds like a job for Florida Man!
I know, I know that we would all not be better off if we could simply shoot these people in the head and be done with them.
But some days, I think we ought to give it a try. See how it works out.
What harm could it do, right?
Hahahahaha... a buddy from HS is a cop in Readington Twsp! I woulda pissed myself if it was him that this happened to.
Was this law passed before or after "Occupy Wall Street"?
Everyone seems to try to outdo themselves...
NJ cops are all $hit, so it made perfect sense to me!
If he Farted in the Officer’s direction, the EPA would be involved.
Did that guy who crapped on the Police Car at the Occupy Event way back when get charged with anything?
It is often better to ignore some things and this seems like one of those things.
I would like to be shown the chapter/section/subsection/paragraph of the statute that defines his crime.
“....a fourth-degree charge of throwing bodily fluids alleges he was issued the summons....on a municipal court charge of threatening to assault another person”
Looks like he did it again!!
