(Excerpt) Read more at cnbc.com ...
Is this satire?
Pump and dump Monday.
She has a lot of weight to watch.
Didn’t she just sell her Harpo studios?.........................
I predict, the new weight watchers campaign will focus on the full shaped sexy bod as opposed to the slimmer model look
Its her money!

_____________
Actually I think the better photography and 3-D will make that look come back into style.
Be nice people. :)
One more reason to avoid such a ridiculous organization. Anybody with a bit of discipline can lose weight. The equation is simple: Calories in = Calories out
I imagine she became curious as to why all of her photos were labelled “BEFORE”.
me too ....
I was 135 at 17, came out of the Army 3 years later at 150
Stayed around 150 until marriage at age 36
Put on a few pounds ... about 160 until around age 55
Blew up like a ballon, didn't notice it intil I was over 200 ....
half hearted attempted to lose weight (200 ain't so bad)
CONTINUED putting on lbs and became a serious dieter excersizer ...
Stuck at 215 for the last year or so
FRIKKIT ... just deflate me an' pit me in the casket
Oprah ran and finished the Marine Corps Marathon in 1994. She earned a bit of respect for that. She’s porked up since, but “been there, done that, got the T-shirt” is a pretty good qualification for the board of a weight loss company.
first thought is pump and dump.
second thought is weight loss through photoshop...
“One more reason to avoid such a ridiculous organization. Anybody with a bit of discipline can lose weight. The equation is simple: Calories in = Calories out.”
It’s not ridiculous. It just isn’t being called what it truly is. A support group that pushes product. The physical part is easy, shut your mouth. It’s the “it’s not what you’re eating, but what’s eating you” piece that makes this difficult.
That’s a typo-it’s “10 pound steak”
Metabolism slows naturally as one ages. It happens to all of us. Because of this, you must reduce your caloric intake. Calories in = Calories out still applies with the appropriate adjustment. Avoid grains and sugars at all costs now. Continue to walk or swim and lift some weights to keep your metabolism up. The weight training will help maintain your muscle mass which burns more calories than fat. Losing the muscle mass with age happens, you just have to fight it. I am in my 60s. I was a wrestler in college at 158. After college wrestling ended I was about 175 for 30 years and now about 180. I eat about 1/2 what I once consumed, maybe less. Avoid the sugar and grain and keep healthy bro.
