It always seemed to me he was residing in Woodward’s shadow. That doesn’t mean much, because Woodward himself was quite the fraud IMO.

Clinton was a common crook. He was an abuser of women, his staff, his friends, the state, and his wife and daughter.
At some level, he broke just about every law there was. Either he or someone supporting him did.
