Regardless of who may be right or wrong on the current Trump/Bush keeping America safe debate, the bottom line is whose policies would you rather have in place going forward and which will keep America safer? Trump's deport and secure the border policy or Bush's amnesty and open borders?
Side-stepping and tap-dancing always used when answering is inconvenient. When YOU don’t trust Trump means you trust the RNC Establishment like Karl Rove and his choosing. Which again IF you will be voting it will be a candidate from that establishment, the old-old same politics that hasn’t brought us anywhere, whatsoever, since President Reagan’s two terms. But I take you didn’t trust him either, because he was NOT of YOUR establishment!!!
How does supporting Ted Cruz equate to “trusting the RNC establishment?”
Cruz has spent his political life fighting that establishment.
I’ll stick with the conservative, and I won’t support that Democrat Trump under any circumstances.
If you don’t like it, take your BP meds. I’m done with “trusting” liberals.
JEB is beating himself. We don't need to dump on W to beat JEB.
If Trump gets the GOP nomination and Hillary gets the Democrat nomination, who will Trump then blame for 9/11? Will he blame JEB's brother or will he blame Hillary's husband?
I think the answer is obvious.
I want to see Cruz win, but if Trump gets the nomination, I will be happy to enthusiastically support him in the general election.
Trump is a liberal wolf in conservative sheep’s clothing. That is poison.
“Trump is a liberal wolf in conservative sheeps clothing. That is poison.”
No. that is your opinion, not automatically interchangeable with truth, and one that commits the fallacy of too few alternatives.
But it is my best judgment after evaluating as many facts as I could get, and giving appropriate as I judge it. Of course it’s only my opinion. But on whose opinion should I rely? I’m a pretty good judge of things. I’m confident in my own opinions.
You are making some great points here. When you strip everything else away, what you have with Trump is a patriot who will always put the USA first. That is the bedrock core of Trump politically: a nationalist who loves his country and who wants to make America great again. Let’s hope he gets the chance.
“But it is my best judgment after evaluating as many facts as I could get, “
You are limiting facts - cherry picking - by not watching the very short part of the rally video I linked. :)
Do you see any reasonable possibility Trump is lying and a deceiver?
That can be your opinion - but an opinion is not automatically interchangeable with truth. Acting like an opinion is absolute truth is committing the fallacy of too few alternatives.
I don’t view the video as relevant. We all limit data to some degree. It is part of good judgment to decide what facts are important and which are not.
Nobody with two brain cells to rub together believes this is all an act. While Trump’s personality doesn’t correlate to narcissism, it is clear that he loves being liked. Yet what the nay chorus is saying is that he would do all this work to get into the WH, and then make certain he was hated, loathed, despised and a laughing stock.
I.e.: if Trump reveals all his promises to have been merely a contemptible act to win the election, those who voted for him would storm the WH with tar, feathers and pitchforks. The idea that this is what Trump wants is beyond ludicrous and into the zone of psychotic.
Plus, as I said, above and beyond all else, Trump loves the USA. If as POTUS he can concomitantly work to make the country great again while becoming a hero in the eyes of those who voted for him...well duh. It doesn’t take a MENSA mentality to figure out what will happen.
The phenomena of the Trump effect can only be studied in his rally videos, interviews and pressers. Even Chris Wallace yesterday mentioned “the sheer force of his personality”.

You have to watch this stuff to have an informed opinion.
My choice would be to deport Jebnesty...
Well said!
Here’s the interview for yesterday, the one Chris conducted and is talking about; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n97LohAw-1s
I have watched a number of interviews. I was underwhelmed.
Any recent ones? Any rally ones?
Are you supporting Cruz?
