I can just see an indictment. Hillary instantly pleads no contest, Obama immediately pardons. Lots of money from Kringtong foundation makes it way to Moochelle’s coffers in Chitown.

Bill and Hillary Clinton have gotten away with theft, murder, rape, perjury, etc.

You think she’ll go away for some petty espionage? Will never happen. Most Americans believe all these investigations are fraudulent acts by the Repulicans to get the nice, innocent Clinton’s who are just like us.

What’s worse, is that she failed to protect the emails - a felony and a serious FBI would bring charges.

Is it 10 years total, or as some here on FR have noted it is 10 years per miss-handle? I heard 3 miss-handles per file so that would be 400 x 3 for 1200 mishandles. does that mean 12,000 years in Jail?....

They are looking at how careless she was with classified material.

She is a lawyer.

She is not careless.

She has a history of hiding documents.

We can not rule out that Hillary Clinton committed intentional espionage against the citizens of The United States.

Seriously folks: Does anyone think that any kind of indictment or charges will come out of this; seriously? Is there even a 50/50 chance that something significant will come of it? No flippant answers please. I’m really concerned about her getting off scot-free on this.

I suspect “Gross negligence” is not all that serious?

A innocent car accident that claims the life of someone, a person is often sued for “gross negligence”

I suspected all along she would get a pass, I predicted that the focus would have nothing to do will looking for crimes within her deleted emails.

I dont think they are even focusing on the 30 thousand deleted emails, probably have no plan on even attempting to get them for review.

Hillary has no fear at all it appears

It's Orange Pants Suit Time: REPORT: FBI PROBE OF HILLARY IS FOCUSED ON SECTION 793(F) OF ESPIONAGE ACT, Read it, memorize it and pass it on to everyone you know. We want the whole nation to know about Section 793, Subsection F.

". . . is triggered by lawful possession of national defense information when a security clearance holder “through gross negligence,” such as the use of an unsecure computer network, permits the material to be removed or abstracted from its proper, secure location. That sounds a lot like what Hillary Clinton did."

Link to Section 793 at Cornell: 18 U.S. Code § 793 - Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information

". . . Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both."

These violations are blatant, they are obvious and multiple. So. . .

Are we a Nation of Laws, or a nation of Clintons, Obamas and other elites?

If she's not indicted, pound this home daily from now to November 8, 2016.

Was she hacked before Benghazi? Probably. Never Forget. . .

Bears repeating. Know it and spread it to every kitchen table in America!

"... from 18 U.S. Code § 793 - Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information:

Subsection(f): "Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense,

(1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or

(2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer — Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both."

and she could get up to 10 years Just for not telling Obama.

We're up to what, 16 indictable offenses now?

If Biden decides to run and Obama wants Biden to get the Democrat nomination then Hillary will be prosecuted. Otherwise no chance.

Amazing how a person can break laws, lie, , and then run for the highest office in the land, and yet people like us go and get a parking ticket or speeding ticket.

I gather this is not on the news channels here in a great capacity .

Hillary will say the admin was notified and the admin will cover for her. Whether obama himself personally knew or not will not matter. No jail time.

Wait a minute. I thought Bernie Castro just declared this e-mail thingy was just a made-up Republican trick that everybody could forget about, then Hitlery shook her head in enthusiastic agreement, and the audience cheered wildly.

Can't the FBI read the tea leaves here? They are wasting their time. Even if she gets indicted she will be pardoned before she assumes office and their careers will be over.

If I remember right, Mark Levin was talking about the “Espionage Act” and said that negligence and incompetence is not necessary to convict under the act. He cited section 703(j) of the act (if I remember correctly).

In fact, he stated that having possession of the documents and failing to protect them is enough to go to prison for more than 20 years, not 10 years. Again, if I remember what he said correctly. I am currently looking to review the radio program again where he discussed this act in depth. Mark Levin had a great discussion.

I stand corrected, after reading title 18 USC 793(f) of the Espionage Act, which does read:

“(f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.”

The law does require “negligence” and does carry a 10 year imprisonment and fine or both.

I also read Title 18 USC 793 section (c) that does state:

“(c) Whoever, for the purpose aforesaid, receives or obtains or agrees or attempts to receive or obtain from any person, or from any source whatever, any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, or note, of anything connected with the national defense, knowing or having reason to believe, at the time he receives or obtains, or agrees or attempts to receive or obtain it, that it has been or will be obtained, taken, made, or disposed of by any person contrary to the provisions of this chapter;”

That Hillary Clinton also violated that section as well.

Still, it does look like the most she can get is ten (10 Years. I wonder if that is for each violation or for all the violations combined? If it is for each violation of the Espionage Act under Title 18 USC 793 et seq. then she may be looking at many more years than suspected.

Just my opinion.
