Michael Isikoff: Blumenthal E-mail to Hillary Is ‘Evidence of a Commission of a Federal Crime’

Investigative journalist Michael Isikoff reports that an e-mail Sidney Blumenthal sent Hillary Clinton while secretary of State revealed the name of a CIA operator, putting the spy’s life at risk. Appearing Monday on Morning Joe, Isikoff said the e-mail, which Clinton forwarded to one of her State Department colleagues, is “evidence of a commission of a federal crime by somebody,” though not necessarily Clinton. .”

Just about everything in regards to the personal e-mail server maintained on behalf of Herself, Madame Benghazi, the Cold & Joyless, speaks of legal irregularities and is rife with criminal acts in outright defiance of very explicit legal limitations. Subversion of national interest is probably one of the lesser felony charges that could be brought, if we still had a Department of Justice (and not “Just-Us”).

Unfortunately it’s the part that takes place AFTER the evidence of a commission of a federal crime by somebody, you know, the arrest, the prosecution and the imprisonment that really counts and so far that hasn’t happened to ANYBODY in this administration. We have reached the point in the evolution of our Republic where laws are selectively prosecuted to punish those not supportive of the regime. Don’t bake a cake and you go to jail, compromise national security and you run for President. It will grow worse.

I mean she’s very vulnerable in my opinion. The entire “home server” thing is very much against the rules. People who handle classified information know this is something that no one does because it is illegal and risks operation security (OPSEC). Exposing a CIA agent by name is also what the whole Plame controversy was about. It mattered when the charge was against the Bush administration. It doesn’t matter to many if it’s against a Clinton. The rule of law is trumped, in the minds of Democrats, by the rule of Clinton.

All the huffing and puffing about Hillary's criminality and moral unfitness to be President is absolutely correct. However, Hillary will be President. Look at the polls. Look at say California where the Treasonous Governor just registered hundreds of thousands new Democratic voters. Look who the American electorate placed in the office of the President-TWICE!

Look at the unwavering media support. Given the above facts Hillary's moral unfitness is IRRELEVANT! Hillary will be elected.

If it is EVIDENCE how is it she has not been arrested, if there was EVIDENCE that I exposed the identity of a CIA agent would I not have already been arrested.

Isikoff, EVIDENTLY must be wrong about this, if indeed there is such a thing as Justice For All, or is that in some other country, another Planet perhaps, or maybe wishful thinking.

I spoke to a delegation of 68 investigative journalists from Ukraine last Wednesday at the Library of Congress - the Open World Society's forum - they put me on the program to speak specifically about Paul Manafort and I invited Michael Isikoff whom I've been working with for the past few weeks and connected him to the Ukrainians. More offline tomorrow since there is a big Trump component you and Lauren need to be aware of that will hit in next few weeks and something I'm working on you should be aware of.
