Donald Trump wrote Tuesday morning that he will live-tweet CNN's Democratic Debate, kicking off in Las Vegas just hours from now.
"At the request of many, and even though I expect it to be a very boring two hours, I will be covering the Democrat Debate live on Twitter," Trump wrote.

The live thread tonight should be a Trump Twitter feed
“And with a single tweet Trump has likely beaten out any ratings CNN had hoped to get. Ill be watching for his tweets rather than follow the debate.”
My plan is to not watch the debate on CNN as don’t want to give them extra ratings. Rather watch video on youtube later of just wait for comments by Rush tomorrow.
Now that I see Donald will tweet during debate I will follow this FR thread. I do not have a Twitter account so sure Freepers who do will post his tweets on this thread.
GO DONALD!!

Thank you for filling in the missing piece of my puzzle. Right you are.
There goes the after-the-debate Talking Heads show analyzing who did what. The Tweet thingy will be an instant replay and those types of shows will be seen as too-late-Charlies as the topics will have already been hashed out.
It also strikes me as another turn-the-media-against-itself ploy by Trump, using THEIR money to promote his campaign.
Trump definitely gets the gestalt of modern America. No doubt about it.
I don’t think you need a twitter account to read tweets, just to comment or set yourself up as a follower. Just go to Twitter.com and search for @RealDonaldTrump and you’ll be able to see what he says as he releases it.
I don’t use twitter but bookmarked the link to Trump’s site. It should be a lot fun to follow while I watch the baseball game.
