It must be tough being the child of Bill and Hillary Clinton.
Conservative activist Robert Morrow attended Chelsea Clintons book signing in Austin, Texas Friday with camera in hand.
Has your mother ever told you that youre the daughter of Webb Hubbell, and not Bill Clinton, he said while Chelsea was looking down, signing a copy of Its Your World: Get Informed, Get Inspired & Get Going.
The question was in reference to a long-time rumor alleging Chelsea was the result of an affair between the Clinton lawyer and Hillary.
Looking up, smiling, Chelsea responded, I am so proud to be my parents daughter, without actually naming her parents.

It’s a fair question considering all we know.

That is just BS. He thinks that crap like this is helping when it gets picked up by the talking heads?

You mean Chelsea was in Austin and I did not go see her. I will lose sleep over this.

The chick has to be well versed in how to respond to this sort of stuff?

If somebody would ever say something like that to my face I'd knock him out........

Poorly phrased question indeed. He should take a lesson from media leftists who would have asked:
"How do you respond to recent allegations that your actual father could be Webster Hubbell who is shown to bear a resemblance to you in photos?"

I don't know what's more shocking. That Chelsea Clinton wrote a book. Or that there is even one person, even in The People's Republic of Austin, dumb enough to buy it, and having such an empty life as to stand in line for her to sign it!

Agree. Nothing in this attention seeking stunt will help the conservative cause. Chelsea has nothing to do with her father’s behavior. It’s embarrassing and classless to ask her such questions.

I call BS
raise the money, hire a private investigator or perhaps two, collect DNA (independently of course) and provide the proof history demands that Hillary screwed around with Web
I’d guess $20 grand would hire two retired FBI agents to do the job

These questions should be asked, but to Hillary or Bill, not to Chelsea. As little use I have for the Clintons. I don’t think it was proper to put their daughter in such a situation. That makes conservatives look heartless, not that the Dems don’t do the same thing in reverse.
To: bryan999
I’m no fan of Chelsea, but this is no class. I’m thinking it would much easier to trip her up on actual political issues.

“”Would you say Bill Clinton also targets teenage girls, except for sexual reasons?”
I would say my book is really resonating with kids, Clinton responded. I was at the Ann Richards School earlier today and Im so grateful that its resonating to the young girls and the young boys that Ive been talking to across the country.
Practicing for a position as Senator from NY possibly? A straight question with a non-related convoluted reply.

I have been here on FR a long time and this stuff about Web being Chelsea's dad started as an insult to Hillary because he was a fat ugly man. The mouth stuff didn't start until Chelsea stared wearing bright red lipstick and drawing attention to her bottom lip.
Now it's all about Hillary being a dyke, another insult with fingers pointing to the college she attended and Huma. I don't know if that is true but I find it more likely than daddy Web.
