Law? This administration don’t care about no stinkin’ laws.
Hot-diggety!!
Obama is not bound by treaty, law, or honor.
Its not a treaty or an executive agreement and cannot be enforced by the courts.
Only treaties are the supreme law of the land.
Of course Obama and Kerry knew ahead of time, if they had to submit the Iran nuclear deal as a treaty, the Senate would never have ratified it.
So that’s why they drafted it as they did. Its now too late to fix that mistake.
Hahaha. That's so cute. He still thinks congress opposes Obama’s agenda. They'll ignore the infraction or change the law.
We have laws, you mean like ones that mean something...
This point has been brought up before.
Didn’t go anywhere
Those running for president can state their positions. All they have to do is state that this is not a treaty and that they won’t be breaking the law.
In less than 500 days, the obama-iran deal is over.
The Iranians don’t even really want it. They are going to do what they want regardless of some papers that Obama and Kerry waive around.
I think the truth might be in who gets a large cut of that frozen 100 billion. I bet Obama, the Democrat Party and a lot of establishment Republicans will see a nice chunk of it.
King Putt breaking a law that he signed into being.
I wouldnt have it any other way.
-—Unless Congress changes the law, that is. But since majorities in both houses opposed the deal, why would they help it now?-—
Is this a serious question by the NYP Editorial Board? Either they’re delusional, or they’ve got their RINO colored glasses on this weekend.
We the People aren’t mad as hell for nothing.
0 doesn’t care about law. He does what he wants.
The law? What do I care about law? Ain’t I got the power?
Drudgereport headline:
Iran test-fires new generation long-range ballistic missiles...
Obama will be only person sticking to deal...
When will Obama/Kerry/Jarrett be arrested ?
What difference, at this point, does it make?
“At issue is a provision allowing foreign subsidiaries of US firms to do business with Iran.”
Where is a list of these companies and who do they “contribute” to?
