The U.S. military officer who headed a hearing in the case of accused deserter Army Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl recommended that the man held captive by the Taliban in Afghanistan should not be sent to a military prison, Bergdahl’s lawyers said.
In a memorandum issued on Friday, Lieutenant Colonel Mark Visger, the presiding officer at the so-called Article 32 hearing last month in San Antonio, recommended “non-judicial punishment” for Bergdahl, the lawyers said.

The Army sucks for not standing up to the POTUS. The Army should sentence him to death or life and Obama the Bastard can then pardon The Bastard Traitor when the other Bastard leaves office.

The key to this fix is Maj. Gen. Kenneth Dahl who reported Bergdahl’s self-serving BS story to the examining officer as gospel truth, even though it was complete hearsay, and the examining officer who admitted it. The chain of command just flipped for Obola, just like CJ Roberts.

The presiding officer is a lieutenant colonel. Most lieutenant colonels want to make it to full colonel.
Obama committed high treason. He knew ahead of time Bergdahl was a defector to the Taliban. He knew he was not a POW but merely posing as one, but Obama went ahead with the scam anyway solely to free the 5 Taliban commanders, in essence sending reinforcements to the enemy. That is at least SIX counts of high treason. Five for each of the taliban released and one for assisting a defector to the enemy. Each count carries the death penalty.

Can there be any doubt? Career military field grade officers can determine which side of the bread the butter is on.
I want name and number of this Lt. Col. and then I want President Trump or President Cruz or President Carson to court martial this Lt. Colonel for Conduct Unbecoming an Officer. I don’t care how it goes down but that is what I want. Letting Bergdahl off is beyond what this country can take.
Gen. Robert Abrams doesn’t have to go by this recommendation.
I’d like to think he has the spine to go against this and 0bama and his lapdogs but not holding my breath.
