Obama committed high treason. He knew ahead of time Bergdahl was a defector to the Taliban. He knew he was not a POW but merely posing as one, but Obama went ahead with the scam anyway solely to free the 5 Taliban commanders, in essence sending reinforcements to the enemy. That is at least SIX counts of high treason. Five for each of the taliban released and one for assisting a defector to the enemy. Each count carries the death penalty.
