A direct question was posed: Were bad guys hiding in/shooting from/using as a human shield ... the hospital.
The smarmily worded answer (paraphrased from memory but accurate) ... "none of our people reported any hostile forces entering the hospital".
That's a Hilary Clintonian equivalent of : None of the emails were marked classified.
The only real answer to that question, if the bad guys weren't using it, is "no" ... not "nothing was reported."
I didn't know enough (nor do I now) to have completely called BS on the guy - but it sounded like TOTAL CRAP to me, especially with all this War Crimes war path stuff.
O should hang for it, but the DWB CEO's tone was ... well ... French.
Just saw Greenfield's article. That pretty much confirms what the internal BS meter was telling me during the interview. All positioning, all blame ... way too early to run around screaming 'war crime war crime'.
That's all just intuition ... I know nothing of the history of DWB.
And of course NPR through softball after softball after tee-up followed by another softball.
Am I the only one who thinks that everybody on NPR sound like they’re on Prozac.
