Russia in Syria (supposedly) to wipe out ISIS is like the Mafia moving into your neighborhood to remove a dangerous street gang. At first they are very much welcomed. But once the gang is no longer in commission, they will then take over the neighborhood and do the sorts of things mobsters generally do. And that is precisely what Putin and the Russians are: mobsters. They will grow wealthier and stronger and become even more aggressive in their overall expansionist actions. They will move to control the entire Middle East as well as retake Eastern Europe.

My gosh Putin’s been giving the whole world a heads up for months regarding Syria, where he stands and what he would do if the US coalition failed.....well it did fail....and now they’re getting their pants in knots because Putin’s following through just as he said and as if Putin shoring up Assad was a new development....what idiots!
