Does anyone know how they ended up in Lewiston?

They were initially ‘resettled’ in Georgia. However one of their community ‘organizers’ discovered that the ‘benefits’ of living in Maine far exceeded those of Georgia and the whole ‘community’ moved en masse to Lewiston.
Because they’re here to be productive contributing members of society. Or something.
But more likely because, Jizyah.
My husband's church, a few months ago, asked for volunteers to help clean up a housing complex. He went. It turned out it was full of Somalis. (and some Mexicans).
I asked if any of the actual, oh I dunno, people who actually live there came out and helped? He said a few of the women. So, no clue where the men where, inside watching dumb ass whitey clean up their stuff?????

Under prior administrations Lewiston apparently had gotten a reputation amongst the welfare crowd as a good place to be. Relatively generous Maine benefits, combined with a low cost of housing (at least by New England standards). They were actually moving there from other states.
Here in Maine I've worked with several of them (at least the few who actually worked)and several of them told me the reason why they came to Maine from places like Atlanta GA, Cincinatti and Colombus Ohio is that they "hate black americans".
