I have a question for everyone here . . . I recently heard on FOX (don’t remember the source) that Trump supporters are largely not college educated. Any clue as to the source for that?

I'm guess that the source is some anti-Trump Facebook page somewhere.

Typical illiterate slug. I’ll wager you haven’t even published 20 books yet. Neither has Trump. What does that tell ya ?

Do not know the source, but would offer this insight as to why many of the most truly Conservative are not college graduates. Since the end of World War II, at least, the faculties at the most highly academically rated Colleges, have been up to their raised eye-brows in the pursuit of inculcating undergraduates with egalitarian/collectivist (Marxist & Marxist influenced) folly.

While these efforts are not totally successful, they have had a profoundly deleterious effect on a large percentage of the college educated. My Alma mater was the most highly rated coeducational liberal arts college in America the year I graduated. Although I never lost a debate during the four years I was there; although I engaged from the first weeks of my Freshman year, out of a graduating class of about 500+, there were probably 200 who emerged decidedly Leftist oriented, against maybe 30 to 40 fairly Conservative--with the rest not really involved. (Those are just estimates, of course; but they are updated to include several who have since apologized to me, for not joining my fight against the Left, while in College.)

While some of those not "really involved," may have since come out on one side or the other, those surviving from the 200 on the Left, have probably largely succeeded in continuing to rationalize what they took as Gospel from their under-graduate experience.

This phenomenon, endlessly repeated across the academic spectrum in America, explains what you are referring to. What it refers to, really, is the great failure of Academia over more than two generations.

I have never-as God is my witness--met more than one or two individual Left-leaners, who could actually offer even a half-way reasonable defense of their orientation--in the decades since; but the systematic inculcation of a warped focus has taken a terrible toll on the functional intellects of those conditioned in that warped focus.

“...unless this is a case study in broad polling malfeasance.”

I believe that is the case.
I have taken part in two polls.
One tactic of the pollsters is to ask the same questions in many variations until they get the answers they want.

The last poll I participated in was so blatant I now refuse to participate in any poll any where.

Caterpillar Corp in Peoria (hell, it IS Peoria) is in pension trouble big time. Trump might even carry it.

Owner/pollster to client: “ Just tell me what you want”

Thanks OldVirginian.

Your polling experience is interesting. I’ve had that number pulled on me also. I used to get polled by a certain firm every 18 months or so for about three times, but at one point I must have tipped my hand that I was Conservative. I haven’t been called back in years.

I don’t mind being polled, but I’m actually checking out their tactics. Is it a push poll? Is it designed to weed out Conservatives? Is there a clear bias to the questions?

I enjoy studying what they are up to.

Interesting...

You did see where the “Teamsters?” (I believe it was) were saying yesterday they are holding off on endorsing Hillary?

LOL

Murdocks X wife Wendy is a personal friend of Ivanka. The Trumps have refused to turn their backs on here as the old man dictated. Therefore he is taking it out on the father.

(In the back of mind am wondering just how the timing of the unexpected divorce fits into the rise of ME GYN??? DO the Trump family know something they are not telling?)
