GOP Presidential Candidate Ted Cruz had the command of the room from the time he hit the stage and even when he left.
Cruz talked about the young talent the GOP has collected to run for the greatest seat in the land versus. Here are a few takeaways from Cruz’s speech today
“Yesterday Pope Francis was in Washington. Wonderful to welcome him here. I have to say, the press conference was a little awkward, because every time the reporters addressed a question to your holiness, Barack Obama answered.”
“You want to know how much each of you terrify Washington? Yesterday, John Boehner was speaker of the House. (Cheers, applause.) Y’all come to town, and somehow that changes.”
But I want to come to you this morning with a word of hope and encouragement and exhortation. All across this country, this American people are waking up. And I’ll tell you today, help is on the way.
The first thing I intend to do is rescind every single illegal and unconstitutional executive action. The president tell us he’s got a phone and he’s got a pen. Well, you live by the pen you die by the pen. And my pen has got an eraser.
It was a great speech and listening to this, I am sure you will feel the emotion that flowed through the ballroom.
Ted Cruz is the most conservative choice. The number one choice for social, fiscal, and constitutional conservatives. He speaks with passion, acts with conviction and abides by principle. There are many good men in the field, yet Cruz stand alone.

Conservatives must do something they don’t do a lot, and they have to do a LOT of it: seek vengeance and revenge.
With the RINOs in charge, the attitude when Republicans win big is to “ignore the evil done before us and move on.”
This must change, because of the Mount Everest of evil that has built up over the years, for the sole reason that Republicans have not torn it down before doing whatever else it is that they want to do.
As soon as the next Republican POTUS steps into office, they should appoint a whole new slew of ambitious federal prosecutors, ready and able to issue hundreds of indictments against corrupt federal officials. It should be a “Night of the Long Knives”, to purge the government from employing open criminals.
Next, that POTUS needs to appoint a “Hatched cabinet”, to take a hatchet to federal agencies, right left and sideways.
This means slashing agency powers and regulations, with some agencies shut down entirely, firing parasitical bureaucrats, and if they have committed any crimes, to bar them from future employment with the government.
Likewise, figure out what scoundrels the government has been giving money to, and cut them off ASAP. Hundreds of left wing corporations and NGOs and “charities” don’t need another thin dime from the government. The same applies to left wing universities that crank out radicals.
Conservatives have a lot of work ahead of them.
