Looks like Floggers to me. I don’t think Russia would risk losing their CURRENT fighter models over Syria, just as we most likely wouldn’t use F-22’s, but rather F-18’s.

If you pause the video to stop the shaking, it looks to me like a Candid refueling sone sort of swing wing, probably too small for Backfires, so I would guess SU-24 Fencers.
