The parents of a baby boy who died after ingesting heroin were indicted in the childs death, officials said.
A grand jury in Columbus, Ohio indicted Denise Dickinson, 32, and Kyle Black, 29, in the death of their 11-month-old son, Dominic Dickinson, who was found dead in their Columbus home in May, Franklin County prosecutor Ron OBrien told INSIDE EDITION.
Authorities initially believed Dominic may have died from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) as he was discovered in a playpen surrounded by blankets by paramedics responding to a call of a child not breathing, the Columbus Dispatch reported. But the child was later found to have ingested heroin and fentanyl, a powerful painkiller, OBrien said, noting that drug paraphernalia was found in the home.

Another Victimless crime.
Home made post birth abortion??
A while back a guy plied a small child with liquor so he could put the moves on the child's mom, and the child died; was that child a "victim" of the legality of alcohol? To me the answer is clearly "no".
I wonder of they purchased the drugs with EBT cards.
Humanoids from another galaxy?
They don’t even look like “people”.
that’s hardly an argument for making heroin legal
Pig woman?

"tu quoque alcohol."
No, a test of the consistency of your application of your implied principle - which you so far are failing.

Good thing that's not the argument I made. I argue that the original article no more establishes that (as DL implied) heroin use is not a victimless crime than the incident I cite establishes that alcohol use is not a victimless crime.
Heroin chic.
The kid looked at those two and took the stuff on his own?
FACT: Heroin use/possession is a crime.
FACT: Alcohol consumption/possession is not a crime.

Irrelevant to the question - but thanks for the memo from the Department of the Blindingly Obvious.
Which one is the guy?? Ugly....may Dominick rest in peace...he is in a better place than with his heroin wacked out ‘parents’!
That was funny....the kid had a higher IQ than those two!!
Stupid criminal behavior is never a victimless crime.... on that I think we can agree
Thank you for saying that, it was my first thought as well. Not human, not only in appearance but in the irresponsible attitude of taking those drugs, much less allowing an infant near them.
