Republicans have that spending needle in their arm just like the Dems do. They are all government spending junkies now.
When I read this stuff, the FIRST image that comes to mind is Boehner and McConnel clinking glasses of Scotch and toasting themselves for their ‘brilliance.’

Obama will veto any spending bill that does get passed that doesn’t have his funding for killing babies. Then he will turn around and scare all the old folks on social security that they won’t get their checks. It’s all phoney baloney kabuki political theater game of chicken. But who gives in first? Mitch the bitch! Waaaa, he might veto, waaaa! Pass the damn bill and immediately go out to the media everywhere (saturate it) saying you voted to keep the government running sans a few millions that you don’t approve going to killing babies and other trivial bs projects. Tell everyone, including Obummer, that that is all he gets, not a penny more, and you’re done voting. Become the bully pulpit, take it away from Obama. And stop your damned whining about a maybe veto!
Washington accounting is stupid.
If government spending in a category was expected to increase by 10%, but instead the rate of increase is held to only 4%, the liberal Washington accounting says that this is a 6% spending cut.
You and I can see from this simple example that spending actually increased 4%. But to bureaucrats, liberals, GOP-E types, and the media, spending was cut 6%.
And if this category had anything to do with human services or welfare programs, the media and liberals will falsely say that we are taking food out of the mouths of kids and want to push Granny off a cliff.
Like The National POark Service...they need to perform the essential duty of erecting barricades so that American citizens can be kept out of their parks and monuments.
Let government employees sign up for unemployment like the private sector.
Have no fear the RINO’s will never allow a govt shutdown.
