Reality TV star turned GOP White House hopeful Donald Trump, who knows how to milk a TV moment, got loads of air time this morning calling last night’s Emmy Awards ceremony “a badge of courage” for him and wondering why President Obama hadn’t lept to his defense.

Yes this is brilliant. He may single handedly discipline the snot-faced childish media and make journalists out of them yet. Brilliant indeed.

WHY TRUMP”S POPULARITY GROWS:
The Donald is putting on a no-charge, continuing demonstration of how to handle snarky, overbearing, unctuous media mouthpieces and democrat politicians.
Republicans could learn from Trump instead of going into a tizzy every time he defends himself or takes the fight to his enemies.
They could have kept some of their manhood by acting like men instead of cowering every time they were (and are) ridiculed, criticized, challenged or attacked by the media or democrat politician.
Just think how differently the George “Dubya” Bush administration might have turned out if he had not let the media and democrat party run all over him day after day with hardly a single push back or rebuttal.
Think about the many years Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi made (and still make) the republicans look like scared little schoolgirls every time there is disagreement over an issue.
look how Obama wipes his butt with the US constitution while republicans cower in fear of being criticized if they oppose him.
