Two people are dead – and two others critically wounded – after a spate of shootings across the city Saturday night, authorities said.

The bloodshed began in Brooklyn at about 5:40 p.m. when a 36-year-old man was fatally shot in front of a dry cleaning business on Church Avenue near Ocean Avenue in Flatbush-Ditmas Park.

Just over two hours later in the Bronx, gunfire erupted outside of 724 East Tremont Avenue, leaving a 25-year-old man dead and a 34-year-old woman in critical condition.

The liberal cities with the strictest gun control laws always have the highest murder/drive-by shooting rates.

Go figure.

it is against the law to shoot someone.

some one is going to be in big trouble now.

I think it is a felony.

Maybe we should make it a “double felony,” that will teach them!

let’s see....

three (rather pedestrian-sounding) and at least very localized shootings (with “only” one dead and a couple more wounded)

in a giant city of at least 8,400,000 people

GEEEE.... this would make NYC one of the safest spots on Planet Earth (you could only be more safe if you moved your ass to Antarctica?)

BUT THE HEADING READS:
“Deadly gunfire erupts across the city in night of violence”

..... geee....... either the editor was high on acid when he wrote that headline, or else he’s a propagandist for the Sorosian gun-grabbers, or maybe he’s just plain incompetent, or what? or all of the above, maybe?

Final comments;
OFCOURSE there will be a few shootings in a city that large! of course! Could possibly be simple ordinary crime, could have been congestion-induced disputes, could have been self-defensive too, could have just been mis-understandings, could have even been accidents sometimes

point being, two or three shootings in a city of multi-millions is NOT an outbreak of mass=scale urban warfare, editor! Relax. Put down the LSD and maybe puff on a joint? Whatever it takes, just cool it buddy. Don’t scare us with ridiculous headlines when ... you COULD be writing about far, far more dangerous things happening to your city (such as IslamoNazi immigration? Such as your mayor, perhaps? You name it, you have plenty to alert us about without making up headlines like this ...nearly out of thin air...

Thanks! (and we DO read your paper!)^

No surprises with Di Blasio in office. A blind man riding backward on a galloping horse could have seen this coming.
