Neurosurgeon Ben Carson should withdraw from the presidential race for his comments that a Muslim shouldn't be president a prominent Muslim-American group said Sunday.
"I think his remarks should be repudiated by everyone on the political spectrum and that he should withdraw," Ibrahim Hooper, spokesman for the Council on American-Islamic Relations, the nation's largest Islamic advocacy group, told the Washington Examiner on Sunday.
Carson, who is third in the Washington Examiner's presidential power rankings, spoke on NBC's "Meet the Press" Sunday and said that he wouldn't "advocate that we put a Muslim in charge of this nation."

Hate to say this but neither is a 7th Day Adventist my choice for prez......at least on the commander-in-chief front.....Dr. C’s pacifist leanings came to light twice in the brief time he had in the last debate. I do so like and enjoy him as a private citizen but we’re gonna need a tough sonofagun to manage the worldwide conflagration begun by the current arsonist in the WH

Wow! That is a brilliant summation and I do feel the hand of God is in all of this. So many people have prayed. Of course it is easy to assume the way God will work it out but his way is really something I am enjoying much better than mine ever would have been. Every day I wake up is like Christmas now.

These people operate quick, but they are toothless if you tell them to screw off.

“Fibrahim” needs to feel the hair rising on the back of his neck every time an “infidel” gives him the fisheye.

Well, not only should a Moslem NOT be POTUS, there should be NO Moslems in government NOR in the USA!

Carson and Trump and Cruz should all say that since Muslims don’t believe in the separation of Church and state, they cannot be trusted with taking the constitutional oath of office.
