Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump said Sunday that there is a "very severe problem" with some Muslims, and declined to say whether he'd support a Muslim president of the United States.
In an interview on NBC's "Meet the Press," Trump said that he feels "strongly that Muslims are excellent. I know so many Muslims that are such fabulous people.
But he continued,"We can be politically correct and say there is no problem whatsoever, but the fact is, there is a problem with some and it's a very severe problem and it's a problem that's taking place all over the world.

“Moderate muslims are to Jihadis what maintenance crews are to Jet pilots.
It never ceases to amaze me the level people across the globe are willing to go to supporting the idiocy that they can have their Islamic cake and eat it too. Then again when Stalin and Hitler lined their useful idiots up against a wall and executed them, they died with the words “But I supported you!” on their lips so I guess it’s really just more of history repeating itself.
I don’t think America or anywhere else is waiting. I think anyone who was ever going to wake up long since has and the reality is that there aren’t enough of us to save the rest from themselves even if we anted to.
Oh puleeeze.
Edit - Waiting = WAKING
Moderate muslims are the grass that hides the extremist snakes.
Meet the Liberal Press. Why do Republicans keep subjecting themselves to bias forums like this? Really, what is there to gain by going on such liberal and biased shows that have a clear political agenda?
Trump is succeeding because he is ignoring political correctness and is identifying the problems Americans inherently know are real. He has acknowledged that Obama’s refusal to secure the American border has resulted in massive illegal immigration. The poorly educated aliens have been a drain on the economy, caused an increase in crime and are eroding American culture. He also is not afraid to say the words Islamic terrorism and openly identify it. Political correctness is the delusional self denial of the obvious.
Well PHUllleeeze tell me where that logic fails in detail.
The problem is not “some” muslims. It’s MUSLIMS period.
“But debate performances dont translate into vote preference overnight,....”
Actually they pretty well do because the “news” aspect of whatever success the candidate reaped will only last a couple of days. It can be compared to the bump a Party’s candidate gets coming out of the nominating Convention which is usually about 5 points and generally fades after about a week.
I wonder what effect it would have on Trump’s standings in the polls if he should decide not to participate in any subsequent debates.
You see the big picture.
It's also a tool the Left uses to hide the truth about how they are manipulating us.
Improve it, assuming he took the time and bought airtime running counter to the debates and just laid out his plans.
Trump also said this...
Asked by host Chuck Todd whether he’d support a Muslim president, Trump dodged. “Would I be comfortable? I don’t know if we have to address it right now. Some people have said it already happened,” he said.
LOLOLOL!! The entire exchange was EXCELLENT....BC came up, and Trump handled it perfectly!! Got right back on topic about jobs, our vets, etc.
Chuck Todd tried so hard to smear/trip up Trump....Trump didn’t take the bait.
Hey, Chuckie....are you gonna hit Hellary and Burny with these same gotcha questions?
I tend to think so, too.
The question really should be: Why does the liberal media invite Trump on when they know he’s gonna dominate them and throw sand on the political agenda?
The problem isn’t all Muslims. It’s the same problem any community faces when the extremists get out of control.
I’ve noticed him backing off from the “I’m not PC” statements since the last debate. Glad to see him bringing it up again.
People watch debates to see their favorites. They arent really debated anyway. Seems to be a no brainer.
People are saying "Debate? What debate?"
