Washington (CNN)Donald Trump came under fire Thursday night for his handling of a question at a town hall about when the U.S. can "get rid" of Muslims, for failing to take issue with that premise and an assertion that President Barack Obama is Muslim.
"We have a problem in this country. It's called Muslims," an unidentified man who spoke at a question-and-answer town hall event in Rochester, New Hampshire asked the mogul. "You know our current president is one. You know he's not even an American."
A seemingly bewildered Trump interrupted the man, chuckling, "We need this question. This is the first question."
"Anyway, we have training camps growing where they want to kill us," the man, wearing a "Trump" T-shirt, continued. "That's my question: When can we get rid of them?"

According to this article, the origin of the word is from a 1998 John Waters movie, but my guess is that he appropriated it from the homosexual community:

I’m talking about Trump because he’s the greater menace to electing a conservative with the most conservative Congress we’ve had in generations.
Trump’s not a conservative. He’s got one official position and nothing else. He’s a serial monogamist who dumps his number one gal for a younger, prettier model. He is a mediocre RE developer who started out rich. All the things you like about him are political promises, just so much air.
What has Trump done over any time period you like about illegal immigration? Not said, but done?
Cruz is avoiding Trump and that’s smart. Cruz isn’t going to be the candidate and never was. The establishment was certain of that from the start.
Cruz is right to be considerate on this issue of Anchor Babies. You could make it worse, just like so many laws and Amendments have done. The issue of citizenship is subtle because you don’t want to grant government more power over the American people, but less.
As for Anchor Babies, I believe that United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898) has long been misinterpreted. A critical factor is domicile and was the emphasis back then. Here’s a good legal paper on that: http://www.virginialawreview.org/volumes/content/significance-parental-domicile-under-citizenship-clause
Keep in mind that this court was not “liberal” in the modern sense. Here’s the opinion of the dissenters and their reasons why:
Fuller is a Democrat and the Chief Justice. And held the now viewed as racist opinions of his day, as did all the justices. He’s actually relatively fair. According to one study, while on the Supreme Court, Fuller voted in favor of civil rights for blacks in 15.15% (5 of 33) of the cases before him and voted in favor of civil rights for Asian Americans in 24.14% (7 of 29) of cases before him. Both percentages were below the average for the Supreme Court as a whole. He wasn’t a racist, but a jurist with an opinion. Read more here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melville_Fuller
Take a look at his ruling on Puerto Ricans and whether they were citizens or not. He didn’t clarify that situation and we’re still suffering under it today. Keep in mind that the SCOTUS has always been political and politicized.
Harlan started as a Whig, then Know Nothing, then Opposition Party (Kentucky) kind of a pre-Republican Party with many Whigs, then a Democrat and then a Republican and because of several famous dissents while on the Court became known as the Great Dissenter. An interesting grouping of interests, no?
Harlan wrote several dissents in support of equal rights for Black Americans and racial equality, yet supported anti-miscegenation laws. He also voted for incorporation of the Bill of Rights via the 14th Amendment. You can read more about him here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Marshall_Harlan#Jurisprudence
So I don’t like the concept of Anchor Babies particularly as practiced by the industry where a foreigner travels here and just gives birth and then leaves taking the child home. That’s a joke and that child is not ever an American. I believe there’s a valid argument to be made for domicile, but I don’t want to make things worse. I would tread lightly on this issue.
We shouldn’t blame the child for the sins of the parents.
“Im talking about Trump because hes the greater menace to electing a conservative with the most conservative Congress weve had in generations.”
We elected Republicans to fight Obama and we got the Corker bill and the TPP. Now they are planning to fund Planned Parenthood a private organization that kills babies.

“What has Trump done over any time period you like about illegal immigration? Not said, but done?”
What have any of your so called conservatives done about illegal immigration? Nothing! No wall! Just more and more coming illegally.
The conservatives are powerless to overcome the GOPe majority in the house and senate. We need Trump to get in there and terrorize Boehner and McConnell into falling in line with the program. Nobody else will do it.
“OK. If the campaign manager doesnt speak correctly for the candidate, then the candidate needs to fire the campaign manager.”
I didn’t hear the campaign manager say it. I heard a talking head say that’s what he said. If the guy got nervous with all the flak Trump was taking, I wouldn’t fire him, just straighten him out. It’s not Trump’s job to protect Obama from people exercising their right of free speech and believe Obama is a Muslim.
The issue of the Muslim terrorist camps is being ignored by the press to concentrate on what Trump should or shouldn’t have said.
I’m disappointed, too. I expected more of fight, but most of America gets its news from the MSM still. Net Mexican immigration is zero, per Steve Camarota, but we’re still getting illegals from other countries and they’re not the best or brightest for the most case.
The real issue behind nearly every issue conservatives hold dear is runaway, lawless government. Government that covers for itself and has an enormous amount of money and power to control us. Trump’s done nothing to address that. No actions at all.
Having seen Perot elect a Clinton, I have little faith in Trump.
Having seen Perot elect a Clinton, I have little faith in Trump.
This has nothing to do with the sins of the parents. They were trying and allowed to slip through a loophole in the law. Close the loophole and then make them immigrate legally.
I want Trump/Cruz for the team.
“The media wants to make this about Obama. The bigger issue is that Obama is waging war against Christians in this country. Christians need support in this country. Their religious liberty is at stake.”
Donald should have said, if he heard the ridiculous statement by the clown in the audience, “I’ll answer your claims when John Kerry releases all his military service records:
- when Obama shows up his original birth certificate, when he explains his relationships to Communist Party USA members/mentors Frank Marshall Davis, Quentin Young, Milton Cohen, Alice Palmer (CP sympathizer), and Soviet asset David Simon Canter.
- Why he sat threw 20 years of anti-white hate speeches from a pro-Marxist preacher named Rev. Jeremiah Wright (who has ties to Cuban leftists)
And for Hillary:
“Why did you start your legal career with a well-known Communist Party USA-membered law firm in California, defending a Black Panther Party torture-killing party of an innocent man?”
“Why did you buddy-you with a known Castro-supporting Marxist, Prof. Johnnetta Cole, not only having her on your husband’s presidential transition team, but also as a potential nominee for a future Secy of Education position?”
“Did you know about her role as a member of the Board of Advisors of the far-left journal “Rethinking Marxism”, before you had her as a member of the transition team”? If not, why not? Wasn’t she vetted by the FBI or did you get them to waive a serious background investigation?
- Cattle-futures. Not on the syllabus for a Law Degree. Right?
- “Why did you protect your husband from his adulterous and predatory sexual machinations and assaults? Is this the way you advance “women’s rights”?
I’m sure I’ll be flooded with detailed answers from Obama, Hillary and Kerry so I’m going to have to hire extra help just to handle the document flow, esp. from Hillary’s bathroom computer server.
Post 131 excellent

So this question just happens to pop up right when Obama wants to ship in 100,000 muslim “refugees”.
Some coincidence.
“Donald should have said, if he heard the ridiculous statement by the clown in the audience”
I don’t know if you meant the statement above that the man was a clown, but I don’t consider the man a clown at all for saying what at least a third of Americans believe. And I do want to know what’s going on about the Muslim training camps. Watch the video that I posted previously about the camps. It’s a segment from the Sean Hannity’s show.
Muslim Training Camps in America
“So this question just happens to pop up right when Obama wants to ship in 100,000 muslim refugees.”
Maybe that’s why the guy asked the question. It reminds all of us just how far Obama will go for Muslims. It’s a good question because of the refugee situation where 70% are young Muslim men that could easily be ISIS or other terrorists.
The man in the audience committed two political crimes which hurt conservatives and Trump. He made accusations that he could not back up (no first hand knowledge on Obama’s religion, birthplace and muslim training camps.
Secondly, he embarrassed Trump and hurt him. You should see the scum attacks on him from the leftist media, and Trump didn’t respond then (he was caught off guard and probably didn’t take the guy seriously), nor adequately, now.
Re the Muslim training camps. I’ve seen the films including the Gulah movement. That is an issue for the FBI and DHS to address. The man should have asked Trump if he knew about these camps, to which Trump would say, “Have you reported them to the property authorities such as the FBI. They have the authority to investigate such places if they do exist as military training camps”.
I’ve been in the debate business since 1965 and find that some of our own side are just as stupid as those on the Left. In fact, I prefer to debate those on the Left because I know how they think and what they will say.
Some on our side do more damage to our cause than the leftist enemy because they are not properly educated in the subjects they are squawking about.
If you quote Alex Jones, you are in trouble. Glenn Beck used to be very reliable when he did his charts of the Leftists and Moslems, and read from their original books.
Today, I’m not willing to quote Beck unless I can confirm what he is saying. That is a shame. He was a pioneer in TV education for conservative causes.
Remember, our credibility is ALWAYS at stake and at risk if we get tripped up over statements like the guy in the audience made.
Not every charge against Obama is valid, but there are ways to ask legitimate questions where there are rational and logical grounds to do it. This guy didn’t know or care about doing it right.
Name something they have done. Millions of us since 2010 have helped elect Republicans who said they would do something on the Debt, Deficit Spending, Obamacare, the list goes on, Hell they won't even De-fund PPH.
No more I refuse to support the GOPe anymore, they don't deliver. And you wonder why Trump is at the top. I don't care if he is Conservative or not, at this point who cares. I want someone who will at least put up a fight and try, not like the Gutless Wonders we have for leaders.
So you are free to keep the propaganda going for the GOPe and the their Establishment, me I want to burn it down.
