most Trump supporters are not going to go and jump ship to Carly or Rubio or Carson now.

Not according to Frank Luntz's group who polled after the "debate". 3/4 raised their hands to indicate they came into the "debate" as Trump supporters. After GOPe Frank ask who now supports Fia-RINO, 3/4 held up their hands. The science is settled.

I thought Trump carried himself with more dignity and maturity last night. Yeah, he shot off his mouth, but not to the usual extent.

What’s Up With That?

(lol)

We are seeing the Peter Principle in action and how it works:

DEFINITION OF ‘PETER PRINCIPLE’

An observation that in an organizational hierarchy, every employee will rise or get promoted to his or her level of incompetence. The Peter Principle is based on the notion that employees will get promoted as long as they are competent, but at some point will fail to get promoted beyond a certain job because it has become too challenging for them. Employees rise to their level of incompetence and stay there. Over time, every position in the hierarchy will be filled by someone who is not competent enough to carry out his or her new duties.

BREAKING DOWN ‘PETER PRINCIPLE’
The Peter Principle was first observed by Dr. Laurence J. Peter and published in his book “The Peter Principle” in 1968. Dr. Peter also states that a promotion to the higher-ranking job position may not necessarily reveal the employee’s incompetence, but rather the new position may require different skills the employee does not possess. Dr. Peter sums up the Peter Principle with the saying: “the cream rises until it sours.” The Peter Principal can be a problem for businesses which can be solved through continued education. Even with proper employee training, the Peter Principal predicts the employee will eventually get to a position where they are incompetent because of further promotion.

I feel that Trump did better today than his previous debate

In New York on 710 WOR radio, every news break leads with many experts say Fiorina won the debate and Chris Christie did so well that he is going rise in the polls. That’s the top story after the debate and they’re sticking to it.

If I could only be a Fox host for 30 seconds, I would have asked:

“Hey Frank, any reason to believe this group of bozos reflect the national mood any better than your last group of asylum escapees?”

At the beginning, Putz asked for a show of hands. About 2/3rds indicated they were switching to Fio-RINO. At the end of the segment, maybe five minutes later, he asked the question again - only about a third did. Now there’s diehard support!

Remember Monty Python’s Beatles takeoff, The Ruttles? Their slogan was, “A musical legend which will last a lunchtime.”

Does anyone actually believe reliable results can be obtained from people twisting a dial while listening to a speech or a debate? “Hi tech” stupididity.

Too many people out there with first hand personal knowledge that Carly is incompetent.

I doubt many Cruz votes will go there in any case (if you are serious). Luntz is an establishment whore and his panels are fixed to get a party line out.

If I am Trump, I skipped last nights "debate" and then gave my responses on Twitter. No reason for him to continue to play the establishment defined game.

Donald Trump looked grumpy for nearly the entire debate. He only broke his grumpiness when one of the candidates successfully turned Trump’s words around on him, and he had to admit they were clever about it.

I still cannot see that his popularity lasts until next summer - especially with other competent candidates.

I do credit Donald with raising awareness in the MSM of the anger that we are all feeling with the incompetence/unpatriotic administration in DC plus the stupidity/laziness of the GOP leadership in DC. Without the Donald, it would still be ho hum. He deserves credit for that. Now, if he would only smile more.

On Drudge as of now:

Bush 1%
Carson 4%
Christie 1%
Cruz 6%
Fiorina 21%
Huckabee 1%
Kasich 1%
Paul 4%
Rubio 6%
Trump 53%
Walker 1%

604,057 Total Votes

Bush, Christie, Huckabee Kasich and Walker should go to the kiddie table for the next debate.

Not that anyone cares, but I’d give the following scores, in terms of what I expect are the resulting polling gains or losses by the candidates:

Fiorina +5% (Can someone get her a happy pill while she’s winning, please?)
Trump -2% (You’re HIRED [if I can buy your foreign policy experience]!)
Carson -4% (You’re right, and we love you, Dr. Grampa!)
Jeb! -1% (Boehner + McConnell can’t be all bad, can they?)
Cruz +/- 0% (Dude, I love you, but you gotta try to OWN the stage)
Rubio +1% (Earnest Kidlings unite!)
Paul -2% (Dude, is it like 4:20 yet?)
Huckabee -2% = +0.1% (You both know who you are, Praise JEEEZus!)
Christie -1% = 0% (Give this man a lunch bucket!)
Kasich -3% = -2% (Sucks oxygen out of the room and everyone dies of boredom)

When the question was “what would you like your Secret Service handle to be”, and after El Jebecito said, “Energizer”, wifey and I both jumped up and screamed at Trump to call himself “Duracell, you know the one with the COPPER TOP”. Alas, The Donald did not catch that, but it would have been uproariously funny, the quote of the night. Missed opportunity to tweak El Jebecito’s response as a great setup.

My takeaway question is why has the GOP had 2 debates and the RATS 0?

My second question is why is the RAT UNIPARTY running the debates?

We might as well have the election tomorrow. I’m voting for Donald Trump and I won’t change my mind unless he decides to quit. This is Donald’s election to lose because in my mind he’s already won the primary, and looking at the Dems, the general election too.
