It smells of a dry run to me.
But due to Islamic PC Armor, hereafter “IPCA”, he gets to see now whether he will be allowed to continue bringing stuff like this in until it is “live”.

It could’ve been his father “testing” the limits of school security to see if a bomb could get into a school passing as a clock without being questioned. The kid probably didn’t even build it himself but was doing his father’s jihadist bidding.
I’d have tried to make second base dance.

Well, I guess techie Rush Limbaugh is an idiot as well because he’s furious at Obama and this brat kid and thinks the photos look more like a bomb than a clock. He’s talking about it at this moment. The school did the right thing. But then I’m here in Manhattan at the moment, several miles from what 19 bratty young men did on September 11th.
To others: now the next time someone tries something like this, the teachers will ignore it. And you know what happens next.

Just a minor observation on my part. I’m sure the lady would enjoy having the little innocent mooseslime gift her with a clock. One of those special ‘its only a clock’ type..

Well, the kid in the video on the thread will be on a watchlist for daring to speak out against this muzzy and Obama.
Also when questioned by authorities he refused to answer questions.
The incident is an example of Muslims testing the limits. It's nice that some freepers can take apart an alarm clock and re-assemble it but it's hardly relevant.

Nope. The 3 cubic inches is correct but the final volume is 432 cubic inches (very rough estimate of the briefcase size as 1 foot by 1 foot by 3 inches). The point was that he took something small and rube goldberged it into something needlessly large. Not the work of a prodigy unless he was engineering boom boxes in the 80’s.

Considering that functionally there is no difference between a clock and a bomb trigger, the media bending over backwards to excuse this away is interesting.

So after being told not to show it to other teachers he took the device (which is enclosed in a briefcase), to a class and apparently PLUGS IT IN, and sets it to beep loudly after some interval. Seems like he wanted to cause trouble to me. Keep in mind the device is hidden in a case so its not obvious what it is. Teachers who are not trained in demolition or bomb disposal dont know what they are looking at and only have the word of the muslim that it is a “clock”. If they have any intelligence at all they do not give a muslim with a suspicious package the benefit of the doubt.
Yes, clocks do tend to have readily visible exterior displays.
