On September 14, Democratic presidential hopeful Martin O’Malley indicated that gun control is part of his plan for restoring the “American dream.” O’Malley pledged that his gun control policies are designed to “[cut] all deaths from gun violence in half—homicides, suicides, and accidents—within 10 years.”

he didn’t really do any damage to himself as he never had a chance to begin with. That being said, what a dumba**. Gun control hasn’t worked any better in his state than it has in any other state. Maryland has the fourth most restrictive gun laws in the country and yet Baltimore surpassed its previous year’s homicide incidence back in August.
Just let that reality sink in for 30 seconds.
My response to O'Malley & the Leftist gun grabbers: It should be a crime to take away the ability of people to effectively defend their own lives.

Americans fought and died to achieve the premise of the “American Dream”. It is precisely that freedom and liberty that allows us to dream of the future could hold for us.
Without the right to defend ourselves, we inevitably end up under some tyrannical and dictatorial regime, which quash our dreams to make theirs a reality.
Guns earned us the freedom we have enjoyed, and only guns will maintain it. The first choice of tyrants is to ban guns, leaving the people defenseless, and at their mercy.
Someone in the MSM ought to ask 0’Malley ,,,,, “ is it true you ran up a 48 billion dollar Maryland state deficit during your term as governor ???”
