You know you’re losing when Donald Trump stops responding to you on Twitter.
That’s the situation facing Bobby Jindal, the Republican governor of Louisiana, who is currently tied for 10th place in the GOP presidential field.
Jindal is on a desperate mission to troll Trump by whatever means possible. Television hits, interviews, speeches, social media — it’s all part of the playbook to boost Jindal’s visibility in the early states where Trump is dominating the race.
As you might expect, it’s a tough climb. Jindal received only 1 percent of the vote nationwide in a new Washington Post-ABC News poll of Republican-leaning voters. That puts him on par with Rick Santorum, Chris Christie and Rick Perry, who left the presidential race on Frida

Bobby’s biggest problem is he is just too ugly to resonate with people. Outside looks do matter. I never ever tried to get a date with a particularly ugly girl, and most men and women do not either.
They’re all trying to bring Trump down to size.
Candidates with zero national support.
No wonder Trump can insult them and get away with it.

I’m actually embarrassed for the guy. I’m pretty sure he’s been put up to do this by the powers that be. And the joke’s on him.
So WaPo admits it doesn’t give a flying fig about reporting about what the Republican candidates have to say. They are only interested in reporting the pissing contest aspect of the campaign.
Like I said when he started attacking Trump, he got one day of publicity on cable news, and now it’s done. He’s probably out of money and hoping some PAC will donate. Or maybe someone already paid him to attack Trump.
Trump is a brand.

I doubt any one outside Louisiana knows much about him - or cares about his record as Governor.
He’ll never be the GOP nominee.

I think that several more will be out by weeks end after debate II, including Bobby.
If he’d have shut his mouth, he just might have made a half-assed decent VP choice.

The point is that Donald knows better than to respond to every one. He responds to those that matter. The fact that he is getting no response is the worst possible outcome for Jindal.
He knows it and so does Trump. That is why he is silent about the attack besides a vague ‘they attack me, whatever.’
Bobby is really trolling for a job with the GOP after this is all over. His campaign is probably already in debt. :)
