This is a little off topic, but could someone younger than me (I can remember B&W TV) please explain this fascination with putting your whole life on display for literally the entire world to see! Do others think that what they had for breakfast, who they talked to today, their most recent trip to the bathroom, etc., is so important that everyone has to know about it? In this instance, did this moron think that only his Facebook buddies would read his confession? Are people today so obsessed with recognition by their peers, ANY recognition, that giving evidence of one’s crime is less important than being seen by all?
A friend in advertising once told me there’s no good or bad PR as long as the product is remembered. Someone needs to tell this dip and others like him that confessing to your crime on the Internet is definitely bad PR...
