Yep...the town was sectionalized when I was there. North Nashville was negro, Green Hills was the snob area and most of the liberals were confined back then to Hillsboro Village, near Vandy, a commie indoctrination center. I lived on the other side of the tracks, over in East Nashville -- populated by good church-going, hard-working, America-loving, C&W-listening rednecks. My kind of people!
East Nashville has been gentrified and hipsterfied. Ludicrously expensive housing, overwhelmingly White and rich moonbat.
