FWIW - this writer has been fairly critical of Trump - or more accurately - some in the Trump movement. I think he’s been balanced overall, and I think this demonstrates it. I don’t really agree with him here, but it does show balance and logic on his entire body of work vis a vis Trump.

—— once some illegals are deported many others will leave——

Americans like to carry everything to the ultimate extreme.

The ultimate extreme is ridding of all, 100%

Once mothers are deported, the kids will follow. that goes for Mexicans or Pakis or Indian or Chinese illegals.

If 75% were deported within two years, that would be just fine.

First and most obvious step is to turn off the magnet.

Many people tell us it would be impossible to even find the 11 million illegals living here (or is it really 30 or 40 million?).

But most of the same people believe it would be easy to identify and register 100 million gun owners and 400 million guns.

That’s just the regular crazies.

The real crazy ones also think the government could register and track about 100 billion rounds of ammunition.

As much as I like Hillary’s idea of loading them in boxcar and shipping them home, it just would not work. I have no doubt that Trump’s timeline would. Start with every time a convicted prisoner is released, ICE deposits them in Mexico City. Then start working your way down the list. Traffic stop? No Green Card? ZAP right back to Mexico City.
Domestic complaint? No Green Card? ZAP right back to Mexico City.
Wouldn’t take long for the word to get out and pretty soon. NO PROBLEMO.

The minute the money dries up most will start leaving. The Middle Easterners will be more difficult but as the chances of them being outed, they may also leave.

If we start enforcing the laws at least the possibility that all the terrorists that have come in may start showing up on radar to be arrested and deported.

Gang members can be deported when arrested.

So yes, probably, two years or so, the majority can be gotten rid of. We’ll be stuck with the anchor babies who are of age because even if Congress does something to change the existing law regarding them it won’t be retroactive.

Bottom line, we’ll be a whole lot better off even if we can’t find/get rid of every single one.

Yep, the Constitution actually could hardly be more clear about it:

“In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.”

Operation Wetback Two. Trump will score big on this issue alone.

In 1954 Dwight Eisenhower deported 13 million Mexicans. The program was called Operation Wetback.

Perhaps the next president can call his program "Operation Went Back"?

One problem with the article:

Once E-Verify becomes mandatory...

E-Verity is already mandatory. The problem is that E-Verify, like so many of our "laws", is that they are either ignored or selectively enforced as political weapons to grant favors to "insiders". The real sea change would be:

Once existing immigration laws are universally enforced...

Once we get rid of the illegals, can we work on the “refugees”?

Hire ex military to go undercover in known aggregate cities and pose as employers. That would work very efficiently.

But how can you get rid of 11 million illegal aliens, or even more, in 2 years?

A million a month, that's all we ask.

We could have 40% of CRIMINAL ILLEGAL INVADERS removed from the country within weeks.

If it’s determined that the children are legal, that does not mean the parents stay. “Unite the families” in their home country. Hey we “returned” a child legally in the US to a non-citizen parent in another country before. Remember Elian Gonzalez?

Start with the criminals, and cut off the freebies to the rest.

Shuttles buses to the borders, military flights to all locations as needed. If a home country won’t take them, drop them off at UN HQ in The Hague.

CONFISCATE ALL ILL-GOTTEN GAINS. Leave with what they came with. Send a bill to their home countrys. They need to pay for burdens born by US taxpayers.

As Ms Coulter so cogently writes, then go back to pre 1970’s immigration policy.

Third World parasites slobbering at the US public trough need to be seen against this document. Read on.

A sworn affidavit by Mexico’s consul general to a Texas court admits that Mexico’s official policy is to encourage its poor people to migrate here illegally in order to access the US’s generous welfare system......declaring that “Mexico is responsible to protect its nationals wherever they may be residing.”

This explosive document filed in Texas by the government of Mexico adds fuel to the debate touched off by Donald Trump.....

THE MONEY QUOTE A footnote states that “Mexican nationality is granted to children born abroad of a Mexican born parent.” IOW, anchor babies born in the US retain their parents’ Mexican nationality.

A sworn affidavit by Mexico’s consul general admits that Mexico’s official policy is to encourage its poor people to migrate here illegally in order to access the US’s generous welfare system......declaring that “Mexico is responsible to protect its nationals wherever they may be residing,”

The Mexican consul’s sworn testimony asserts that “My responsibilities in this position include protecting the rights and promoting the interests of my fellow Mexican nationals” and “The main responsibility of consulates is to provide services, assistance, and protection to nationals abroad.”

Ergo, Mexico’s assertion of continuing jurisdiction over its “nationals abroad,” is inconsistent with any claim to automatic US citizenship merely by reason of birth on US soil.

=====================================================

MEXICO IS SLOBBERING AT THE US PUBLIC TROUGH The "impoverished" Mexicans here send BILLIONS of US tax dollars collected under multiple identities BACK to Mexico. The federales are getting a huge cut of that. Prolly Mexico also gets a fee for letting other countries use their border as a gathering place to slither into the US.

=====================================================

Trump accurately tells Americans oil-rich Mexcio is ripping us off royally......and is pocketing billions from deal after deal. This is in addition to millions in US foreign aid to "help" them w/ then the drug cartel problem.

======================================================

NOW GIMMEE THIS AGAIN Mexico's official policy is to send their impoverished classes over the border to ride the US gravy train...but declares that “Mexico is responsible to protect its nationals wherever they may be residing.”

OK....comprende, amigo.

Now tally up the welfare bill and send it to Mexico.

How long are we going to keep using that 11 million number?
Everyone knows it’s much higher.

Wikipedia says 7 to 20 million so the middle would be 13+

Based on remittances to The Bank of Mexico, the number is 16 million as of 2005.

Bear Stearns says 20 million based on remittances.

But the govt says it is 11 million. They would not lie to us would they?

The reason we have not deported illegal aliens is not lack of means, but lack of will.

I recall the INS, in the early 1970’s rounded up about 30 Colombian illegals at the Jackson Heights Number 7 train station. All 30 were Colombians and illegals. The judge freed them all because he claimed the INS did not have probable cause to detain them. He wanted to know how the INS could distinguish Colombians from Puerto Ricans, who are U.S. citizens. The INS argued that they could tell from the way they dressed, their accents, and besides, they had gone 30 for 30. Held no sway with the judge who released them all.

“They are not “hiding in the shadows”.”

That is SO YESTERDAY. That was back in the Cesar Chavez days when you picked lettuce in the fields and your kids and wife stayed home (in Mexico).

Today they’re FRONT AND CENTER and IN OUR FACES. No problem finding them, just as the author states.
