Trump is right; we can get rid of illegals in 2 years
American Thinker ^ | Ed Straker

Posted on 09/12/2015 6:15:19 AM PDT by RoosterRedux

Donald Trump was asked how long it will take to get rid of our illegal aliens. He was asked if it could be done in five to ten years. That's the answer most politicians give to any question, such as balancing the budget--it's a long enough time frame so they will be out of office before they are held responsible for not delivering on their promises.

But to his credit, Trump said deporting illegals was doable not in five to ten years but 18 months to two years. He is the first candidate to call for deportation of illegals and to set a short, definable timeline. Of the other candidates, Ted Cruz has been silent on deportation, while Jeb and Ben Carson have called for amnesty for illegal aliens. (And Scott Walker has had all of the aforementioned positions.)

But how can you get rid of 11 million illegal aliens, or even more, in 2 years?

Quite easily. First of all, we know exactly where they are. They are not "hiding in the shadows". Their kids are very conspicuous, because they are the ones in our schools who don't speak a word of English. They can be tracked from there alone. The Supreme Court has said that illegals are entitled to an education, but the constitutionality of that decision is questionable, and the Congress can act to limit the jurisdiction of the Court.

Second, once some illegals are deported many others will leave.

Third, once e-verify becomes mandatory, and illegals are cut off from welfare, most will leave of their own accord.

Step “E” should be first, easiest and most effective. E verify and substantial penalties should be second. That would help stem the flow while the wall is being implemented.

Hire ex military to go undercover in known aggregate cities and pose as employers. That would work very efficiently.

A million a month, that's all we ask.

We could have 40% of CRIMINAL ILLEGAL INVADERS removed from the country within weeks.

If it’s determined that the children are legal, that does not mean the parents stay. “Unite the families” in their home country. Hey we “returned” a child legally in the US to a non-citizen parent in another country before. Remember Elian Gonzalez?

Start with the criminals, and cut off the freebies to the rest.

Shuttles buses to the borders, military flights to all locations as needed. If a home country won’t take them, drop them off at UN HQ in The Hague.

CONFISCATE ALL ILL-GOTTEN GAINS. Leave with what they came with. Send a bill to their home countrys. They need to pay for burdens born by US taxpayers.

As Ms Coulter so cogently writes, then go back to pre 1970’s immigration policy.

You’re right, Ed Strake has been very fair with his criticism and praise (such as it is) of Trump.

You’ve been quiet over at AT for a while. I’ve always enjoyed your work while I may not agree with you you are a good writer and can articulate your positions well.

Offer a reward...$1000 for every illegal that’s turned in and deported.

Especially if they're NOT Mexicans.

In addition to the cost to taxpayers to subsidize illegals, there's the political implications. The unusually high welfare use of immigrants helps explain why strong majorities of immigrant voters are supportive of big government These illegals are ethnic solidarity pressure groups for salivating Third World greedsters lusting for increased US foreign aid.

THAT SUCKING SOUND YOU HEAR The illegal connivers establish several identities and suck at the public teat 24/7.

(a) One latino (who got caught) ripped off UI for some $3.4 MILLION using several identities.

(b) The Washington state rapist had 30 identities——collecting (and voting) many times over.

(c) Congress needs to curtail funding the heinous Merida Initiative-—whereby Mexico collects millions in US tax dollars for their “drug problem”........a problem they created.

(d) There’s the millions of tax dollars handed over to bloodthirsty La Raza-—which teaches violence and killing American in our schools.

“Start with every time a convicted prisoner is released, ICE deposits them in Mexico City. Then start working your way down the list. Traffic stop? No Green Card? ZAP right back to Mexico City.
Domestic complaint? No Green Card? ZAP right back to Mexico City.”

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

While these are noble gestures, and certainly should be done, in sum they amount to bailing out a very leaky boat in a rainstorm with a thimble.

More strategic measures are needed. Not giving illegals any sort of benefits. E-verify so they can’t get jobs. Identify them through the school system, the financial system, the healthcare system, the utility companies. Use every available system there is. And of course, a very serious fence. A VERY serious fence.

Lindsey Graham and McCain are on Fox right now saying we need to bring in at least 65,000 refugees from Syria. Tucker Carlson asked McCain about some of them being recruited by ISIL and aren’t they worried about that. McCain said “Don’t misconstrue things, my friend, and talked about the internet radicalizing people and it is two different things. That they are not wanting to bring in dangerous people to our country.” Graham said he is not going to let this go as it is a failed policy of Obama. I think Trump needs to make a huge issue out of this with these two idiots.

E-verify isn’t mandatory. It varies from state to state, but mostly applies to government employers and contractors.

you could not be more wrong. Doing step E first would cause all kinds of problems for legal citizens as well.

So, there is very little difference between you and Trump.

FYI Oh Insulting One, IF you don't think that I don't understand why welfare reform is necessary to help dissuade future illegal migration, then you are a condescending elitist.

Send a bill to their home countrys. They need to pay for burdens born by US taxpayers.

A bill marked "paid in full" along with a statement showing a massive deduction from their foreign aid...all of it, if need be.

Have them pose as illegals, too, trying to get a job. Keep raising the risk to employERs who hire them.

Third World parasites slobbering at the US public trough need to be seen against this document. Read on.

A sworn affidavit by Mexico’s consul general to a Texas court admits that Mexico’s official policy is to encourage its poor people to migrate here illegally in order to access the US’s generous welfare system......declaring that “Mexico is responsible to protect its nationals wherever they may be residing.”

This explosive document filed in Texas by the government of Mexico adds fuel to the debate touched off by Donald Trump.....

THE MONEY QUOTE A footnote states that “Mexican nationality is granted to children born abroad of a Mexican born parent.” IOW, anchor babies born in the US retain their parents’ Mexican nationality.

A sworn affidavit by Mexico’s consul general admits that Mexico’s official policy is to encourage its poor people to migrate here illegally in order to access the US’s generous welfare system......declaring that “Mexico is responsible to protect its nationals wherever they may be residing,”

The Mexican consul’s sworn testimony asserts that “My responsibilities in this position include protecting the rights and promoting the interests of my fellow Mexican nationals” and “The main responsibility of consulates is to provide services, assistance, and protection to nationals abroad.”

Ergo, Mexico’s assertion of continuing jurisdiction over its “nationals abroad,” is inconsistent with any claim to automatic US citizenship merely by reason of birth on US soil.

=====================================================

MEXICO IS SLOBBERING AT THE US PUBLIC TROUGH The "impoverished" Mexicans here send BILLIONS of US tax dollars collected under multiple identities BACK to Mexico. The federales are getting a huge cut of that. Prolly Mexico also gets a fee for letting other countries use their border as a gathering place to slither into the US.

=====================================================

Trump accurately tells Americans oil-rich Mexcio is ripping us off royally......and is pocketing billions from deal after deal. This is in addition to millions in US foreign aid to "help" them w/ then the drug cartel problem.

======================================================

NOW GIMMEE THIS AGAIN Mexico's official policy is to send their impoverished classes over the border to ride the US gravy train...but declares that “Mexico is responsible to protect its nationals wherever they may be residing.”

OK....comprende, amigo.

Now tally up the welfare bill and send it to Mexico.

Of all of those suggestions, the most effective would be the employment piece. Employment is the magnet.

How long are we going to keep using that 11 million number?
Everyone knows it’s much higher.

Wikipedia says 7 to 20 million so the middle would be 13+

Based on remittances to The Bank of Mexico, the number is 16 million as of 2005.

Bear Stearns says 20 million based on remittances.

But the govt says it is 11 million. They would not lie to us would they?
