These new Trump bashing candidates should have learned from the earlier Trump bashers, Perry and Graham. First, it boomeranged on them, and second, you can only say so many insulting things about Trump until you’re also insulting his supporters, who now amount to 30% to 40% of Republicans polled by various organizations.

Actually Jindal is playing this right in how to take the wind out of Trump.... Trumps got advisers telling him he needs to cool his jets a bit.and not lash out so often and harsh....we all know that is true they're trying to do that...Jindal knows Trump is not managed...so he went for the jugular.... (A Narcissist cannot stand criticism)....so I was not surprised Trump was measured (for Trump) in his response...but you can bet he's seething behind the scenes and his advisers have their hands full for what Jindal said..... For you to say Jindal was 'lowering' himself would indicate you're aware the bar isn't too awful high to reach Trump.
