Judicial Watch, which had at least 16 active open-records lawsuits against the State Department seeking emails from Mrs. Clinton or her top aides, said the administration is ignoring its own guidelines in trying to clear Mrs. Clinton.
Indeed, the State Departments own rules specify that personal records of a departing presidential appointee may not be removed from the government until the State Department records officer in cooperation with the S/ES or appropriate administrative office approves of the removal, a process which generally requires a hands-on examination of the materials, Judicial Watch said in a reply brief.

Under policies issued by both the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) Policy does not override US Code.

I’m not hopeful Doug; it seems over the last 6 1/2 years, the whole judicial system became corrupt.

As blatantly illegal as the email server thing was, it was used a smoke screen to distract attention from her larger crimes - like selling her influence and decision making capabilities as SoS to foreign governments in exchange for tens of million in “donations” to the Clinton Crime Family Foundation.

That's like having the fox guarding the hen house.
Ever heard the words Independent Council used since Obama took office. Use to hear them all the time. Hmmm.

Thanks Rita. I guess I’m so tired of watching the Clinton’s skate on issue after issue, I’m fairly resigned to watching her forgiven for this too.
Just this morning I was rating her chances of becoming president to about 3%. This raises that to 33%.
