Personally, I don’t think Carson’s remarks were all that inflammatory. No big deal.
But Trump, in true Trump fashion, went all scorched earth in blasting back at Dr. Carson.

Well it was pretty hard to take the doctor's comments as anything but an attack.
But the apology should be accepted and then drop the whole matter.
